RELATIONSHIP OF SCIENCE, PRODUCTION AND EDUCATION IN THE EXPERIENCE OF REFLECTION
Description
The article raises the issue related with some functioning features of modern science. Special attention is paid to the process of interaction between science, production and education. The science role in reproduction and development of modern productive forces is in creating the productive forces in the form of knowledge and transfer them from this form into real factors of material production. This process is carried out by implementing in the material production technical, technological and nontechnical innovations through the system (or canal) of implementation by the reproduction of qualitative features of the human resources in the system of general, special and higher professional education. It is should be noted that in modern globalization conditions both production means, human resources and social productive forces are reproduced neither spontaneously nor even with use of the common mind, but on the ground of transference of the productive forces created, first of all, in the form of scientific knowledge to the material productive forces. The structures providing such transference and simultaneously mediating the connection of science with material production are the implementing system and educational system

Description
Within the Terek-Sunzha oil and gas region of the Eastern Caucasus a productive sediments are clearly expressed by the classical diapir due to the increase in power in the arched part of the strata of the Maikop clays. In accordance with the theory of I. M. Gubkin, developed based on the analysis of the structure of the oil and gas structures of mud volcanoes of Azerbaijan, diapirism of the structure is an important prerequisite for the formation of a mud volcano. The article provides a comparative analysis of diapir structures of the TerekSunzha oil and gas region of the Eastern Caucasus, which is quasi-mud unripe volcanoes, and structures of mud volcanoes in the South-Eastern end of the Caucasus range (the Apsheron Peninsula and other territories of Azerbaijan) and the North-Western end of the Caucasus range (the Kerch and Taman Peninsula). It is shown that the formation of diapir structure, when, in the context of high power clay strata, is not a sufficient condition for its transformation into a mud volcano. In such geological conditions, it is essential to determine the capacity of clay strata, but also the degree of its water-filled porosity, visco-plastic and fluid-forming properties, contributing to the transition of the breed in a phase of active current and the coming to the surface

TO THE QUESTION OF THE DEFINITION OF THE MODERN SCIENCE TERM
Description
The article analyzes the concept and the specific of science, discusses some patterns of functioning, integration and differentiation of modern science. We consider the difference of science and knowledge, nonexistence of sharp distinctions between the terms “science”, “innovation” and “engineering”

TO THE QUESTION OF THE NATURE OF THE SCIENCE-INNOVATIONS-PRODUCTION SYSTEM
Description
In this article in the light of a common social and philosophical traditions we present two trends, that define connection between science and material production: a trend of dependence of the science development from needs of production, and a trend of increasingly growing reverse impact of science on material production (along with engineering, technology, innovation). This article analyzes not only the individual elements of the "science-innovationsproduction", but also focuses on the study of the interaction and the relationship between its elements

Description
Within the Terek-Sunzha gas area we have identified patterns, most of which are divided into blocks in some cases with large amplitude shear. The processes of destruction of structures took place during the period of their formation and the subsequent time and due to the strong and catastrophic earthquakes. The article provides a statistical analysis of strong earthquakes in this region during the period 1688-2008 and the regularities of their existence. It is shown that the maximum number of earthquakes took place during the period of the depths of 5-12 km and the distribution of the number of strong earthquakes at levels subject to certain matematical patterns. With regard to the analysis of the distribution of earthquakes in a single year in the whole of the globe, we obtained the correlation of the displacement of rocks from levels of existence of earthquakes and possible displacement of rocks to very catastrophic earthquakes. We have also given the forecast frequency and the number of strong catastrophic earthquakes for the period from the beginning of the formation of structures up to the present time. We assessed maximum displacements of rock blocks during this time, which is in good agreement with the actual values of the displacement of rock blocks

THE SYSTEM OF HIGH SCHOOL IN THE GLOBALIZED WORLD
Description
The article analyses the problems of science development and modernization of higher education. The role of higher school is under consideration which includes our success or failure both at production site and in the areas of science, techniques, technology, innovations, culture with regard to institutionalization of the world informational space and globalization of the world economy. In contemporary conditions, the higher education as a main component of the national educational complex is one of the most extensive and important areas of human activity which has integrated with all other areas of social life. The higher education is the largest sector of the Russian economy which, on the one hand, promotes the formation and development of the main productive force – the man and, on the other hand, - serves as an important source of mindset and methodology formation, an indicator of development of the socio-cultural environment of modern society. It also needs consideration that the expenses on the higher school at their socio-economical content are the investments in rising of the scientific and educational, the scientific and production potentials which result in increasing of the commonly shared human capital of the country

TECHNOLOGICAL METHODS OF GRAPE PROCESSING
Description
Technological methods of grape and derived semi-products processing are considered in the article. Husks, seeds and cuticle of grape are the important source of BAS due the high content of essential substances. Salt of tartaric acid, CO2 – extracts, grape oil, resveratol, vegetative flour are produced from the grape husks
