ANALYSIS OF THE COMPLEX AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Description
The article deals with the problem of realization of complex projects in the Russian Federation. A detailed analysis of the impact of integrated projects was carried out for the main parameters: the territorial and legal basis, the number of completed projects, the volume of attracted investments in the region, the volume of revenues of the project participants. According to the analysis of positive and negative practices of the implementation of complex projects in the regions with the highest gross regional product the Russian government recommended to pay attention to those complex projects that work "in the result", encouraging them, giving more preferences and privileges for investment and development of the territory as a whole. Some projects that are not only ineffective, but also bear the losses, should be reduced funding and in some cases to focus on their closure. As a result, it was concluded in part that the regions, which initially have a favorable socio-economic environment and the necessary infrastructure are more attractive to investors, and, naturally, more effectively develop. INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RAILWAYS OPERATORS OF DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS

Description
The article presents the results of the study of some individual psychological characteristics of the drivers of rail transport in the age groups 25–34 and 35–45 years. We have identified a number of differences between the two age groups associated with both features individually-psychological sphere, and in the psycho-physiological features. Features of age-related psychological differences can be explained by the age characteristics of the representatives of each group; psycho-physiological features of age differences may reflect developed in the course of a long professional activity features. We have also developed adaptive strategies, consciously or unconsciously selected during the long-running monotonous activities and in small social groups (teams of drivers) allow, on the one hand, higher quality performance of their professional duties, on the other — to avoid the harmful effects of stressful situations at work. It can be assumed that the composition of drivers age group 35– 45 years is the result of natural selection, when those who did not cope with this type of activity is simply dismissed or transferred to other kinds of professions

Description
We have made calculations using the values of dung delivered after the analysis of laboratory research of the soil and irrigation water delivered with organic fertilizers. Based on the data on values of hydraulic resistance coefficients of mixer elements, mixing chamber and diffuser, we found diameters of pressure pipelines, reduced head of NGPR mixer, velocity of flow discharge from mixing nozzles and the mixing chamber. According to the design data of the pump head values, those of the mixer head, the head on inlet into the mixer and head in a reservoir of constant pressure a possibility was received to specify values of factors under studies on location of irrigation system and to test the design data with the help of the experimental value received. A low head system with hydraulic and geometric parameters of mixing is recommended for small farms

Description
Solutions of a complex task of the analysis and assessment of efficiency of interaction of levels and branches of the government intended to provide successful development of regional economy, economy of the separate territory, SEZ are proposed. The task selection is justified based on the results of the analysis of trends, theoretical framework and practices of development management of regional economy and territory. In the study, special attention is paid to the creation and development of special economic zones (SEZ). Proposals and recommendations for improving the tools to control the development of regional economy and economy of certain areas, including a SEZ and to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the interaction between levels and branches of government involved in the creation and implementation of projects of the SEZ are developed. It is shown that the use of the developed recommendations improves the prospects for successful development of territories and increases the effectiveness of management of regional economy and development of the SEZ
