Description
In the conditions of middle valley of the Lena River on the cryogenic, inundated, cespitose and chernozemic soils different steppe communities differently react on dietary regime. Herb-grass phytocenosis at organic dietary regime is reformed in cereal phytocenosis with the contents of cereals to 76% and bean types 19% of dry basis with productivity to 20 centner of hectare of dry basis. At the same time the efficiency of the improved phytocenosis was on charge exchange energy of 17,3 mega joule of hectare, feed units 1032 and a crude protein of 247 kilo of hectare. The whetgrasses phytocenosis has provided productivity to 19,4 centner of hectare and the content of perevarimy protein in 1 feed unit up to 118 gram. So the most effective for the steppe meadows is using complex fertilizer (humus of 20 tons of hectare + N60P60K60), increasing the productivity twice with a high quality of food

Description
The article presents the data on vitality and age structure of Beckmannia syzigachne and Calamagrostis langsdorffii соеnopopulations under conditions of the Lena-Viluy interfluve. The study revealed 3 types of vitality of Beckmannia syzigachne (prosperous, equilibrium, and depressive), 2 types of vitality of Calamagrostis langsdorffii (prosperous and depressive). The age spectrum in both species is normal, non-complete, left-sided. According to the delta-omega classification, the coenopopulations are considered to be young

The article gives the results of the study of an effect of mechanochemical powder of wood green of Abies (MPA) on potato morphogenesis in vitro. The study involved the hormone-free nutrient mediums (MS, ½ B5, ½ LS) for growing microcuttings from preliminary obtained aseptic plants. Plant morphogenesis was observed on the 15th and 30th days. At that, the number of developed shoots, plant height, leaves number, rhizogenesis rates, root number and length were estimated. MPA appeared to have the regulatory effect on morphogenesis of potato microcuttings. Based on mineral composition of the nutrient agar medium for potato microcuttings growing, MPA at 100 mg/l concentration induced root development (½ B5 medium), reduced height of shoots (MS medium), while the number of leaf blades was not affected

Description
The article presents the results of the studies on the variability of morphological traits of the cenopopulations of Allium prostratum, Allium ramosum on the natural territory of the Yakutsk Botanical Garden and in cultura. We have performed researches of biometric parameters, which revealed the structural features of the plant and the nature of the variability of their parts. The article also gives an estimation of coenopopulations vitality

Along with traditional ways, the biotechnological methods become more significant in contribution to plant conservation in situ. The work is dedicated to elaboration and advancement of the method of isolated tissues and organs culture for conservation and reproduction of the badan, Bergenia crassifolia L., the rare species of Saxifrgaceae family. The conducted study yielded the regenerated plants of B. crassifolia from seeds. For the first time, we have performed conservation and reproduction of B. crassifolia in vitro under conditions of Yakutia

PRODUCTIVITY AND UNDERGROUND MASS OF MEADOW PLANTS IN CONDITIONS OF THE INDIGIRKA RIVER BASIN
Description
For the first time results of researches on potential productivity and environmental role of hayfields in the Indigirka river basin (Momskiy district) are presented. Researches proved that feeding meadow plants in conditions of the Indigirka river basin, depending on the type of vegetation, location and features of root systems, provide maximum crop productivity – up to 18,5 dt/ha of hay with productivity of 1 ha for harvesting exchange energy up to 16,1 gigajoule, fodder units 1130 and crude protein up to 209 kg maximal underground mass accumulation of meadow plants was formatted in the region of Indigirka and Khonuu – mixed and squirreltail barley (hordeum jubatum) hayfield up to 193,6 dt/ha, dry matter and carex duriuscula and squirreltail barley hayfield up to 252,2 dt/ha with the majority of roots in layer 0-10 cm. up to 76-88%. Field of Khonuu, with mixed and squirreltail barley hayfield, contained underground nitrogen – up to 33 kg/ha and labile phosphorus – up to 71 kg/ha. Increased accumulation of labile phosphorus root mass provides enhancement of cold resistance ability in conditions of the subarctic zones of Yakutia

COENOPOPULATION STATE OF SOME FABACEAE SPECIES UNDER CONDITIONS OF THE MIDDLE LENA RIVER VALLEY
Description
The study concerns the results of the study of coenopopulations of the following Fabaceae species: Medicago falcata, Oxytropis candicans, and Onobrychis arenaria under conditions of the Middle Lena River. The study was conducted in Yakutsk vicinities, 13 km north-east of the city. It is stated that all the studied coenopopulations are normal. Rather small values of substitution and recovery indices evidence certain problems in self-maintaining processes. The age structure analysis using two age indices, “delta” and “omega”, allows to classify the coenopopulations of Medicago falcata, Oxytropis candicans and Onobrychis arenaria in phytocoenoses of the Lena River valley as normal young populations. They were prevailed by juvenile, immature, virginile, and young reproductive plants

Description
In this article, we present the results of the experiments on the potential of productivity and accumulation of the root mass of the Alfalfa and Brome-grass, on the content of the main nourishment elements and the consolidation of gross energy in the roots and agroenergetical effect of the collected gross energy in the conditions of permafrost turf soil of the Middle Lena valley. The maximum productivity potential of beans and cereals grass mixture was reached on the basis of the organic mineral nourishment regime: the collected exchange energy – 21,3 GJ, feed units – 1568 and collected raw proteins – 428 kg per ha. Thus, the content of digestible protein in beans and cereals grass mixture agrophytocenoenosis was increased from 118 to 124 g, that exceeded a zootechnic norm (105 g). In general the nitrogen contained in the total root mass of beans and cereals grass mixture agrophytocenoenosis was up to 26,6 centner per hectare and movable phosphorus- up to 33,6 kg per hectare that can serve as the source of nourishment for sown herbs. The maximal stock of gross energy in roots was got in beans and cereals grass mixture agrophytocenoenosis at organic-mineral degrees (humus of 40 centner per hectare once in 4 years + of N120PK60 annually) up to 157,1 GJ/ha, while the accumulation of the root mass reached 140,3 centner per hectare at average annual rates of accumulation of dry substance up to 24,5 centner per hectare. The processes of formation, decomposition and death of roots in the beans and cereals grass mixture agrophytocenosis take place almost in a balance state. Wherein the biological factor, as the inclusion of the Yakut yellow variety of the Alfalfa in the grass stand, plays a positive role
