This article reviews the results of studies on the impact of the nutrition background and the use of the Bereke GN growth stimulator on the yield and quality of early ripe potato variety Marabell in southern Kyrgyzstan. Early potato yields were largely dependent on the use of the Bereke GN growth stimulant. The highest yield was identified with the integrated use of a growth stimulator provided the planned yield, and averaged 29.97 t/ha. Also, in the experiments conducted, the yield of early potatoes was largely dependent on the climatic conditions of the year under study. The structure of the crop of early potatoes has been analyzed. In case of complex application of growth stimulator, also in case of treatment of seed tubers with growth stimulant, thickness of early potato plants is increased and on average in three years there was an increase by 0.32 and 0.52 thousand bushes per 1 ha. The structure and marketability of the early potato harvest were analyzed in detail, depending on the background of nutrition and the method of application of the Bereke GN growth stimulator

INNOVATIONS IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF DRY BREAKFAST PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING

The intense rhythm of people's lives in many countries has led to the need to develop and produce «fast food» products. They include dry breakfasts of a porous macrostructure in the form of rods, bars, and flakes, made from cereals, legumes, potatoes and dried fruits. Over the past 10 years, ready-to-eat foods that do not require heat treatment have become popular, the range of breakfast cereals has significantly increased, air grains, pads with filling, asterisks and rings have appeared. The global trend of consumption of slowly digestible carbohydrates predominates. Corn flakes and blown grain began to be used as supplements to soup instead of toast, served for tea and coffee. However, the problem of making and marketing specialized dry breakfasts has not yet been fully solved. The aim of the research is to expand the range of specialized dry breakfasts for people with high physical and mental loads. The tasks of modernizing technology and equipment for the production of dry breakfasts were solved. The methods of preparation for extrusion of easily oxidized in the air raw nuts were developed. Formulations of dry breakfasts for people with high physical and mental loads were developed. The objects of the research are analysis of existing technological schemes, grain, fruit and nut raw materials. We used classical methods of research to determine the composition of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates, as well as modern instrumental methods for assessing the qualitative composition of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. The research results include the modernization of technology and equipment for the production of breakfast cereals. Formulations of ready-made breakfast cereals with the addition of cereals, dry fruits and nuts have been developed, in order to improve the quality characteristics and nutritional value of the extrudates. In southern Kyrgyzstan, the growth and development of early potatoes has been studied, depending on nutrition background and the methods of growth stimulant Bereke GN, aiming to improve the yield and quality of potatoes. There were no scientific studies on growth stimulants impacts on potatoes, the productivity of early potatoes in southern Kyrgyzstan conducted. Field experiments were carried out on the experimental site of the Osh Technological University in the Kyrgyz Republic Osh region Aravan district Mangyt village in 2016-2018. In case of increasing the nutrition background, in terms of experiments on methods of using the growth stimulant Bereke GN in the phases of development of early potato plants, natural differences in variants were observed. Increased duration of interfacial periods is detected in increased power supply background. In all years of experiments in the variant complex application of growth stimulator, respectively increased nutrition backgrounds, green, thick and strong sprouts of 1.5-2.1mm length were formed. As well as complex use of growth stimulant contributed to accelerated emergence of sprouts. According to the results of our research, we have identified the dependence of plant preservation on harvesting from the application of fertilizers and the method of use of growth stimulant. Consequently, with the complex application of Bereke GN growth stimulant to early potato crops, there was an increase in the number of preserved plants for early potato harvesting by 0.7-1.6%, with seed tuber growth stimulant treatment by 0.3-0.6%, and with leaf spraying by 0.1-0.3%

This article presents the results of studies on the impact of the fertilizer application rate and the use of the growth stimulant called Bereke GN on photosynthetic activities of early potatoes in southern Kyrgyzstan. Due to the lack of scientific evidence on the integrated use of fertilizers and growth stimulants in conditions of southern Kyrgyzstan, we considered it necessary to clarify the methods and standards for the use of the Bereke GN growth stimulant in the production of early potatoes in lowland areas on typical gray soil. In southern Kyrgyzstan, similar research in early potato technology is being carried out for the first time. According to studies, the crops of early potatoes possessed high leaf surface, which were subjected to complex treatment of the Bereke GN growth stimulator, accordingly its value was in the flowering phase of 41.2- 48.2 thousand m2. When the nutrition increases, a more powerful assimilation surface is formed. The highest level was 48.2 thousand m2 per 1 ha under the complex treatment with growth stimulator. The formation of tuber mass on 1 bush with the complex use of the Bereke GN growth stimulant showed a high intensity. With an increased nutrition, the Berke GN Growth Stimulator Integrated Test Variant increased the tuber formation rate, respectively the value was 182 g/bush. According to studies over the years of the experiments, the amount of dry biomass crops increased naturally, depending on the application of fertilizers and the use of the growth Bereke GN stimulant

This article presents the results of studies on the influence of the fertilizer application rate and methods of using Bereke GN growth stimulant on the biochemical and economic indicators of early potato harvest in southern Kyrgyzstan. Due to the lack of scientific data of complex use of fertilizers and growth-stimulators in the conditions of the Southern Kyrgyzstan, we considered it necessary to specify ways and rates of application of a growth stimulator Bereke GN by production of early potatoes in plain zones on typical gray soils. In the conditions of the South of Kyrgyzstan similar researches in the production technology of early potatoes are conducted for the first time. Field experiments are made on a plot of the Osh technology university in the Kyrgyz Republic Osh region Aravan district Mangyt village in 2016-2018. Complex use of a growth stimulator Bereke GN on crops of early potatoes in a growing season promoted increase in accumulation of starch in potatoes tubers. The analysis of these experiences shows that in options on routes of administration of a growth regulator Bereke GN accumulation of vitamin "C" in tubers in all three years of carrying out researches not considerably raised and averaged 15.98-16.66 mg of %. Concentration of nitrates in tubers of early potatoes, in the conducted researches did not exceed the number of maximum allowable concentration. Economic effect showed, experience option complex uses of a growth-promoting factor of Bereke GN. Therefore, at the same time high net income – 199.18 thousand som/hectare is gained, and profitability equaled 124.13%
