  Description

  Method of fight with traffic jams with the help of passenger fare introduction is considered in the article. Experience of other countries in the decision of this problem and equations of inequality for choice and optimization of equality model of transport flow on the city roads are cited in it as well. Necessary conditions of the application of this method were considered.
