SYNTHESIS, OPTIMIZATION, VERIFICATION OF SEMANTIC INFORMATION MODELS OF AIC OF KRASNODAR REGION
Description
Description of a stage of synthesis, optimization and verification of created semantic information models of influence of structures of produce cost price on volume of its production in AIC of Krasnodar region is cited in the article. Characteristics of synthesized models, results of adequacy, convergence and models stability were illustrated. Example of received cognitive functions and other diagrams, received in the process of prognosis task decision and decision taking support was exemplified.

Description
Problem, investigating in the thesis, was formulated in the article. Its urgency, aim, tasks and research object were formulated and substantiated. The brief substantive review of the third model “Synthesis, optimization and verification of semantic information models”, fourth model “ Research of semantic information models” and fifth model “Experimental approbation of offered methods, assessment of their efficiency, limitation and perspectives of development” of the work chapters was given. Conclusions and recommendations on correction of emerged structure of cost price to achieve set production volumes were formulated on the base of research results.

The meaning of active object of management is considered in the article, principles of construction of reflexive automated systems of management with such objects are stated, the technology of instruments of systemic-cognitive analysis, providing the synthesis and research of multilevel semantic information models of active objects and use of these models for prognosis of active objects development and support of taking decisions on their management are described as well.

Description
The urgent problem of risks prognosis of physical persons crediting are considered and ways of set tasks decisions are offered in the article. The prognosis of credit histories on two tested groups of borrowers, data of which weren’t used under synthesis of a model; whom credits were given to and who wasn’t refused in it is carried out. Results of prognosis are analyzed with the aim to set whether tested trench is the part of that general aggregate to the concern of which the training trench used under model synthesis is representative.

SYSTEMIC COGNITIVE ANALYSIS (SCA) AND THE EIDOS SYSTEM IN THE LIGHT OF PLATON'S DOCTRINE
Description
In article the parallel between the doctrine of Ancient Greek philosopher Platon about Eidoses and the sys-temic cognitive analysis (SCA) with its toolkit: Eidos system is drawn. It is shown that the SCA supposes substantial interpretation in the light of Platon's doc-trine about Eidoses. Eidos system realizes mathemat-ical model of the SCA, carries out operations of res-toration of Eidoses on the basis of their concrete rea-lizations in the form of objects, allows to estimate what realization of Eidoses the given concrete objects are, and also provides research of systems of Eidoses similar with each other (their clusters) and systems of the most various Eidoses clusters among themselves, i.e. constructs.

SEMANTIC INFORMATION MODEL OF SC-ANALYSIS
Description
Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article in brief, universal information measure of force and direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered to consider as a possible variant of decision of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.

The cognitive simulation of AstroDatabank records by using the Artificial Intelligence System – AIDOS is reviewed in this paper. The technology of simulation is described and the mostly important results are discussed.

Description
In this paper, we investigate the stability dependence of integrated information content on the distance from the celestial bodies of the Solar System, with the change in the extensive pre-cases as the total number of cases, the implementation of the choice of social categories, and the number of categories. It was found that for each celestial body, there is a set of categories in which the depend-dependence of the integrated information content of the distance is determined with the greatest certainty. A model of the gravitational sensitivity, based on the mechanism of hormonal regulation of heat and pressure is discussed.
