EXTRACTION OF DNA FROM HERBARIUM LEAVES VITIS VINIFERA L.

Description
Two methods were used for DNA extraction from herbarium leaves of two subspecies: V. vinifera subsp. sativa D.C. и Vitis vinifera ssp. silvestris Gmel. DNA extraction is difficult from herbarium leaves plants because of the presence of metabolites that interfere with DNA isolation procedures and downstream applications such as DNA restriction, amplification, and cloning. The quality of DNA was checked on a spectrophotometer by measuring the level of absorption at A260/280 nm. The results showed the successful extraction from mature and dried leaves of DNA when using the СТАB-method №2. Another method hasn’t shown satisfactory results in amplification of DNA

In this article we construct the profile of characteristic and final elements of Distance learning management system for medical education employing the experimental method of expert judgements and the method of pair comparisons proposed by L. Thurstone. We also carry out the analysis of methods of construction of hierarchical classifications suggested by R.L.Keeney and H. Raiffa using agglomerative algorithm. We consider the application of method of multidimensional scaling employed for the processing of the expert polling results.

Description
Results of researches on quantitative evaluation of agro-industrial integrated production systems (IPS) risks with the regard of influence of external and internal media are described in this article. Particularly, quantitative method of calculation of integrated risk indexes of unfavorable influence of external medium on integrated production systems; model of determination of IPS effectiveness on the base of worked out models of calculation of integrated risk indexes and an equipment of slipshod great numbers theory; improved model of IPS effectiveness evaluation with the regard of risk component part on the stage of material flow creation have been described.
