Description
Main scientific results, which were received in 2007 under creation and investigation of semantic information multi mode, providing as detection of dependence between astro signs and accessory of respondents to generalized social categories as a use of knowledge of these dependences for identification of respondents by these categories are casted in the article. Multi model includes 172 private models on 37 generalized categories and each of categories is presented less than 1000 respondents under general fetch capacity of 20007 respondents. It was applied the method of systemic- cognitive analysis, which is considered as one of the universal variants of decision of thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice ( theoretically this problem has been done in the theorem of A.N. Kolmogorova, which is a generalization of theorem V.I. Arnold ( 1957) under it.

Description
Results of internal environment integrated production system research with the point of view of qualitative analysis and risk evaluation were casted in the article. In particular, model and method of calculation of integral index of production vertical line risk and improved data-flow model of effectiveness assessment of IPS with an account of risk constituent on the stage of creation of material flow are described. Reasonability of presentation of prognostic meaning of profit in the type of indistinct triangular number was substantiated.

Model and method of calculation of integral index of influence of external environment of integrated production system were considered and interaction of given index with choice of optimal strategy of business-system development was shown in the article. Results of approbation of worked out model and method were casted.

Organization mechanism of effective inter branch production-economical interaction of participants in harvesting-laying-in campaigns in the context of grains and sugar beets harvesting-laying-in management on the territory of commodity- raw material zone of laying-in enterprise is considered. Method and model of infrastructure organization of management system of harvesting-laying-in campaign on district/regional levels in the format of commodity-raw material zones of elevator complexes and sugar plants are described.

SEMANTIC INFORMATION MODEL OF SC-ANALYSIS
Description
Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article in brief, universal information measure of force and direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered to consider as a possible variant of decision of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.

Description
Models of improvement and assessment of organizational structures of management system of regional consumer cooperation are considered in the article. Method of organizational structures improvement, which allows using instrumental means of systemic, cognitive analysis, theory of mass service, to work out organizational structures with an account of changes of external environment and to assess offered variants by criteria of information transmission speed was offered.

INTELLECTUAL ANALYSIS OF DATE AND MODELLING OF DEPENDENCE OF GRAINS YIELDING ON EXPENDITURES
Description
Comparative analysis of intellectual data analysis methods application and regressive data analysis on the example of modeling of grains yielding dependence on expenditures, by data on activities of agricultural organizations of Krasnodar region for 2006 is carried out in the article. Two approaches: regression with rupture, based on the classical variant and realized in the packet “Statistica”; multi parametric linear regression, based on the ideology of evolutional programming are carried out in the article. There was made a conclusion on the basis of the analysis results that it was impossible to be restricted only by one point of view – and regression in Statistica and analogous means in system PolyAnalyst mutually supplement each other in the description of investigating process.

Description
The cognitive simulation of AstroDatabank records by using the Artificial Intelligence System – AIDOS is reviewed in this paper. The technology of simulation is described and the mostly important results are discussed.
