Inevitability of coming of financial-banking crises by clusters groups was substantiated theoretically in the article. Main disproportions in development of crisis situations in macro- and microeconomic banking environments were revealed. Special accent was put on the key pole of a regulator in prevention of local and systemic banking crises.

World financial crisis has acted as the catalyst of process of merges and absorption of bank structures. In article the credit system of Russia during the post crisis period is investigated, the positive and negative factors influencing dynamics of development of financial sector of the country are allocated. The study of subject-object relations arising in the effective management of financial flows of commercial bank, conducted by the author, has predetermined the need of creation of informationanalytical case studies that reflect all aspects of ongoing business processes in the bank. In order to ensure effective realization of strategies for sustainable development of the banking institutions that require diverse and also interrelated information that puts the task of developing an information management system and complex analytical procedures, business processes of commercial bank. From the author's point of view the main target in the strategies of business processes credit and financial institution is to create and increase its value. The study allowed the author to suggest that as the effective index of the increment value of the bank, in terms of strategic approach to the management process, it is advisable to use the indicator of economic value added (EVA)
