Description
Innovation approach to the course planning organization of grains and sugar beets harvesting-laying-in in a format of commodity-raw material zones of elevator complexes and sugar plants, providing economically profitable arrangement of harvesting-laying-in campaigns is considered. Formation method of corporation processes of inter branch production-economical interaction in the conditions of market economy is described in the situation, when production aim of participants is common, and economical interests are different. Technologies were worked out in the frames of FSP “Researches and workings out on priority trends of Russian scientific-technological complex development from 2007 to 2012”. With development of integration processes in agro- industrial complex there was an opportunity of decrease of a sugar sub complex dependence on import of raw materials and development of its own raw-material base. Ways of development of integrated industrial system of a sugar sub complex (IIS SS) of agro-industrial complex became certain. Three models of its development are presented. Necessity of integration in a sugar sub complex of agro- industrial complex was substantiated. Integration promotes decrease in costs under production and processing of sugar beets, causing that not only minimization of organizational costs, but also the necessity of introduction of innovative technologies by producers. In the IIS SS there is a necessity to create the selling service (marketing service, etc.) which promotes increase in its profit. Consolidation (merger) of industrial systems in a sugar sub complex should be a controlled process of FAS.

Description of a stage of synthesis, optimization and verification of created semantic information models of influence of structures of produce cost price on volume of its production in AIC of Krasnodar region is cited in the article. Characteristics of synthesized models, results of adequacy, convergence and models stability were illustrated. Example of received cognitive functions and other diagrams, received in the process of prognosis task decision and decision taking support was exemplified.

FORMATION OF FRUIT PRODUCE MARKET IN THE CONDITIONS OF KRASNODAR AREA

Activity of canned fruits subcomplex of Krasnodar region for the period from 1991 to 2005 was analyzed by the author in the article. Interaction of market and economic activity of enterprises were considered, change of outputs of processing subcomplex, production, import and fruit consumption and prices on fruit produce and peculiarities of fruit produce market formation in the conditions of Krasnodar area were presented in dynamics as well.
