Description
Results of experimental researches of determination of corn stems rolling speed in different places of corn- harvester rolls have been shown. Opportunity of corn-harvester work under speed of 12-15 km/h and increased frequency of rolls rotation was analyzed. Available corn-harvester working regime with regard of intensification of harvesting process was chosen in the result of theoretical and experimental researches.

STUDY OF MECHANICAL DAMAGE OF A CORN-COB UNDER ITS BRAKE-OFF IN A CORN-HARVESTER
Description
Brake-off of a corn-cob from a stem occurs in expense of a corn-cob blow and pedicle distention in modern husker-shredder corn-harvesters. Any mechanical impact is connected with deformation of a corn-cob. Forces destroying connection between grains with rod appear under its deformation. Condition under which mechanical damage of a corn-cob occurs is considered in the article.

STUDY OF CORN COMBS STRIKE IN CORN-HARVESTERS
Description
Results of experimental researches of determination of an available strike impulse of corn combs under its separation in a corn harvester were shown in the article. The optimal combination of researched factors was chosen in the result of experimental researches.

Description
Theoretical determination of power, spending on corn-cobs separation process (without regard of idling and harmful resistances) has been considered in the article. Recommendation on exception of transportation operations of cut stems and their mincing allowing to intensify the process of corn harvesting in cobs under stable power of engine in the expense of corn-harvester claw width increase (for CK-5 “NIVA”+ППК-4) with addition of one or more channels is given in the result of calculation.

COB-HUSKER OF CORN-HARVESTER WITH ADDITIONAL ROTATING DISCS
Description
New cob-husker is one of the most important units in a corn-harvester which was worked out at the chair of agricultural machines of KubSAU, was presented in the article. Given design is oriented to improve quality of cob-husking, to increase degree of cob silking and can be used by enterprises of agricultural manufacturing under designing of new highly productive corn-harvesters.

COB-HUSKER OF CORN-HARVESTER WITH ADDITIONAL BELT CONTOURS
Description
There was presented a corn-cob-husker with increased silking ability of corn-cobs, in construction of which a pair of stretching belts are installed, which was worked out and experimentally tested at the chair of agricultural machines of KubSAU. Use of proposed technical decision at speeds of 6-12 km/h increases degree of silking on corn-cob husker in average on 17% and decreases husk in average on 7,4%. Model of corn-cob husker which was worked out by us, received patent of the RF, and can be recommended to advance into production.

THEORETICAL DETERMINATION OF CORN-COB SEPARATION TIME IN CORN-HARVESTER
Description
Theoretical time determination of destruction of “corn-cob- pedicle” connection under separation of corn-cob on stripper of corn-harvester under conditions of static and dynamic loads has been considered in this article.
