The article deals with the main types of semantic and syntactic constructions formed by the verbs with the meaning of management in the contemporary English language. Correlation and interrelation between vocabulary used in the syntactic models with these verbs and syntactic structures proper formed by the verbs of management while activating the frame are also analyzed.

The article deals with the problem of formation, description and representation of the frame components on the language level.
