Description
The polymorphism is the diversity of varieties in ampelografy - the presence simultaneous permanent in the population of two or several phenotypic and genotype differing groups of plants of one variety – i.e. clones. In viticulture the isogenic population is usually called “clone” and variety as the total of clones or forms – i.e. it is heterogenic. Polymorphism of varieties has big practical sense, as varieties-clones have the harmonic complementary adaptive ampelocenosis and higher economical effect for production. In the article the polymorphism of two heterogenic population - the group Pinot and Riesling, which are the best specimen of French and German viticulture is described on the phenotypic level of leaves

CLONE SELECTION – THE MODERN BASE FOR RAISING GRAPE PRODUCTION
Description
The clone selection has very outstanding position behind the actual problems of modern viticulture in the world and in our country. This problem usually has the primary importance behind the scientist who works with grape in all the countries such as USA, German, French, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Ukraine and etc. In our country last years some positions becomes solving in the plane of scientific research work. Consequently, in the article the history and the situation of clone selection of grape on the Eurasian continent is widely covered.

CLONAL IMPROVEMENT OF FOUR TECHNICAL GRAPE VARIETIES IN TAMAN SUBZONE OF KUBAN

Description
Step by step results of many year researches of clonal selection of grape varieties: Clairette white, Saperavi, Sauvignon white and Chardonnay, growing in the Ltd company “ Pobeda” of Temryk district of Krasnodar region are cited in the article. Highly productive proto clones were selected. Clairette white is the best one as a variety from them and it was given to the state experiment under the name Clairette temryk.

Grape variety assembly lines by zones of Krasnodar region worked out by the staff of the chair of grape growing on the basis of many years data and with an account of really existing areas of every variety by the end of 2007 have been presented in this article. Assembly lines allow to plan more balanced entering of grape production to the processing enterprises or to a consumer market.

MALAGI - HIGH QUALITY ABORIGINAL WINY GRAPE VARIETY OF NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC

Description
Malagi is created in a way of nation’s selection, is aboriginal winy grape variety of Nakhchivan AR. The name of sort is related with local meaning. According to morphological indications and biological peculiarity it concerns to ecologic- geographic group of eastern winy varieties. proles orientalis subpr. Caspika Neqr. The crown of young shoot and first 1-3 new leaves are covered with weak web drops. The leaves are middle big, five-wings, weak tautened the breadth. Surface of the leaf is net-wrinkled. Edges of leaves were hardly bended upwards. The top of sidelong scraps mainly are deep, closed with three-cornered lights and generally deep and sharp bottom. Low sidelong scraps are small, open, rare in a form of entering corner. Teeth at the end of the mouth are like cupola. Flower is disexual. Bunch is thick-in conical form. Berries are round, deep black with wax powder, Pulp is juicy with pleasant sort taste. Durability productive period is 168 - 177 days. Yield from a bush is very high-12 kq. Percent of productivity tillers are - 57 %. Coefficient of harvest – 0,65, productivity 1,1. Average mass of bunch – 310,0 q. Sugar is 18,0 %, sourness is 6,5 q/l. It differs with high strength to fungi disease and aridity. The sort is for high quality red wines of various categories

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON REVIVAL OF EURASIAN NATIVE AND WILD GRAPE

Description
Results of the fifth International Conference (KubSAU,2007) on problems of vintage, characteristics and storage of perishing wild and native grape of the North Caucasus and the Black Sea area regions are dealt with in the review article. Results of the work of Eurasian countries scientists for the last two years fulfilling the project of International institute of genetic plant resources Biodiversity International have been cited. In particular, assessment of wild grape in the places of its initial origin was carried out, world gene pool was enriched on three hundred patterns, methods of molecular marking of grape genotypes and ampelographic screening of two subspecies Vitis Vinifera L. were improved, international data bank was created and variant of regional ampelography was written.

GRAPE SORTIMENT OF TWO KUBAN ZONES

Description
Results of four-year (2004-2007) researches of perspective technical grape varieties by contrast zones of Krasnodar region : in central- Antaris, Beisug, Cabernek, Clairette Temryk, Litdar, Merlok, Muscat Kuban, Rislinalk, Risling Kuban, Shardonek, in Anapa-Krasnostop AZOS, Rubin AZOS and to the memory of Zotkina, were cited in the article. It was shown their superiority under control varieties. Ampelographical screening of gene pool was carried out in subzone Temryk on the plot of I.G. Karas’ in 2007 and in the result of which there were selected some perspective varieties: Arcadia, Victoria, Hybrid 342, Long-waited , Lora, Original.

This work is devoted to the new technology of cultivation of grape as the spiral cordon with an inclined trunk on a folding wire lace with 3 х 2,0-2,5 m scheme of bushes placing. Offered way increases a crop in comparison with way; work expenses of opening and covering bushes are reduced, work with dry and green garters is liquidated; level of profitableness increases almost three times
