Description
Brake-off of a corn-cob from a stem occurs in expense of a corn-cob blow and pedicle distention in modern husker-shredder corn-harvesters. Any mechanical impact is connected with deformation of a corn-cob. Forces destroying connection between grains with rod appear under its deformation. Condition under which mechanical damage of a corn-cob occurs is considered in the article.

COMPOSITE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF CROP HARVESTING-STORAGE IN AIC
Description
Composite mathematical model for creation of harvesting-storage actions, projecting of harvesting-transporting-storage processes and every day-to-day operative planning of harvesting-transporting-storage complex work during the period of harvesting-storage campaigns in AIC on regional and district levels in format of finished-raw zones of storage enterprises (elevator complexes, sugar plants) are considered. Integrated algorithm of formation of resource-balanced, technologically connected and coordinated in time of daily plans of harvesting-transporting-storage works maintenance on the side: place of shipment of agricultural products Producer ( supplier)- place of finished products acceptance of a purveyor is described.

LABORATORY INSTALLATION FOR SEPARATION OF SOLID IMPURITIES FROM POTATOES

Description
Experimental-theoretical researches on separation from potatoes solid impurities in the type of hard soil clots and rocks ratable to potatoes are described in the article. Modern potato-harvesters do not always work with good quality, make great losses and damages of tubercles, especially under cultivation of potatoes on stony soils. In connection with it, the working out and the research of new working organs of potato-harvesters, capable to separate stones and other soil clots from tubercles without X-ray radiation, are the urgent tasks.

Description
Innovation approach to the course planning organization of grains and sugar beets harvesting-laying-in in a format of commodity-raw material zones of elevator complexes and sugar plants, providing economically profitable arrangement of harvesting-laying-in campaigns is considered. Formation method of corporation processes of inter branch production-economical interaction in the conditions of market economy is described in the situation, when production aim of participants is common, and economical interests are different. Technologies were worked out in the frames of FSP “Researches and workings out on priority trends of Russian scientific-technological complex development from 2007 to 2012”. COB-HUSKER OF CORN-HARVESTER WITH ADDITIONAL ROTATING DISCS
Description
New cob-husker is one of the most important units in a corn-harvester which was worked out at the chair of agricultural machines of KubSAU, was presented in the article. Given design is oriented to improve quality of cob-husking, to increase degree of cob silking and can be used by enterprises of agricultural manufacturing under designing of new highly productive corn-harvesters.

COB-HUSKER OF CORN-HARVESTER WITH ADDITIONAL BELT CONTOURS
Description
There was presented a corn-cob-husker with increased silking ability of corn-cobs, in construction of which a pair of stretching belts are installed, which was worked out and experimentally tested at the chair of agricultural machines of KubSAU. Use of proposed technical decision at speeds of 6-12 km/h increases degree of silking on corn-cob husker in average on 17% and decreases husk in average on 7,4%. Model of corn-cob husker which was worked out by us, received patent of the RF, and can be recommended to advance into production.

Methodological and technical problems of existed system of organization and administration of harvesting-storage campaigns in agro industrial complex are considered. Actuality and necessity of formation of effective technical decision of problem of interdepartmental production-information interaction of participants of harvesting-storage works are analyzed. Innovation approach to the decision of storage- harvesting campaigns is offered.
