Description
Economic analysis of historical facts and problems of origin, making of business on Kuban at the end of 19 in the beginning of 20 century was conducted in the article. Problems of small-scale business were shown up in the course of analysis. Experience of application of a range of instrumental sets of problems decision and creation of economic, social and entrepreneunial preconditions for their decision was considered. Experience of small-scale business development on one territory, but in different epochs, bears some historical identification.

The leave is large, black-green, the middle dissection, five lobes (the lobes are recovered), from bottom side with a lot of hairs. There are two blossoms on the 3 and 4 nodes. The flower is hemofroditus. The bunch is low or big, long, conical-winged, density. The berry is average, round, black-blue. The pulp is juicy, with tasty variety after taste. There are two-three seeds in berry. The sugariness is higher. The variety is useful for preparing higher quality intensive colored red wines of different categories from southern zones of viticulture with warm and dry climate.

The author includes both material and ideal elements in the original information depicting criminalistically credible attributes of constituent elements of the crime and also the circumstances indirectly associated with it, thus, facilitating generation of evidences at the phase of initiation of a criminal case, and enabling identification of circumstances subject to assessment and evidencing at the phase of preliminary investigation
