Description
Models, method and process of reengineering of management system of regional consumer cooperation, including systemic and cognitive analyses in it, theory of mass service and so on are considered in the article. Use of above enumerated instruments allowed to create trees of purposes and functions of all levels of management of regional consumer cooperation, to work out and analyze the cognitive model taking into account the aims and functions of management system, to implement correction of organizational structures.
