MATHEMATICAL ESSENCE OF SYSTEMIC THEORY OF INFORMATION(STI) ( Systemic substantiation of Boltsman-Naikequest-Hartly formula, synthesis of semantic information theory of Kharkevich and information theory of Shennon)Description
The mathematical essence of systemic information theory(STI) offered by the author is the mathematic model of systemic-cognitive analysis ( SC-analysis) realized in its programming instruments – universal cognitive analytical system “AIDOS”.
Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article in brief, universal information measure of force and direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered to consider as a possible variant of decision of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.
In article the parallel between the doctrine of Ancient Greek philosopher Platon about Eidoses and the sys-temic cognitive analysis (SCA) with its toolkit: Eidos system is drawn. It is shown that the SCA supposes substantial interpretation in the light of Platon's doc-trine about Eidoses. Eidos system realizes mathemat-ical model of the SCA, carries out operations of res-toration of Eidoses on the basis of their concrete rea-lizations in the form of objects, allows to estimate what realization of Eidoses the given concrete objects are, and also provides research of systems of Eidoses similar with each other (their clusters) and systems of the most various Eidoses clusters among themselves, i.e. constructs.
