Sensitivity of the share market to the information factor in a stable and crisis phase of development is investigated; comparison of reaction to the information of the Russian and American market to use of dynamics of indexes of RTS and Dow Jones is carried out. SYSTEMIC-COGNITIVE APPROACH TO SYNTHESIS OF THE EFFECTIVE ALPHABET
Description
In the article appointment of the alphabet is discussed and criteria of its efficiency are proved. The technology and an application technique of systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system for a quantitative estimation of standard graphic fonts on one of these criteria: discernability of symbols are examined in details.
