The article covers the problems connected with defense of united and indivisible Russian empire by the Black Hundred. Extreme-right’s counteraction to the attempts of the liberal-revolutionary movement to undermine integrity of the country was conditioned by conservative foundation of the Black Hundred’s ideology, which had primary function to protect national tradition. The author gives their system of argumentation aimed at conservation of the unity and integrity of the empire in comparison with position of opposition groups

In order to ensure effective realization of strategies for sustainable development of the banking institutions that require diverse and also interrelated information that puts the task of developing an information management system and complex analytical procedures, business processes of commercial bank. From the author's point of view the main target in the strategies of business processes credit and financial institution is to create and increase its value. The study allowed the author to suggest that as the effective index of the increment value of the bank, in terms of strategic approach to the management process, it is advisable to use the indicator of economic value added (EVA)

SEMANTIC INFORMATION MODEL OF SC-ANALYSIS
Description
Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article in brief, universal information measure of force and direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered to consider as a possible variant of decision of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.
