Studying the situation and the impact on mountain landscapes of Caucasus allows by means of measurements to establish the most important sources of pollution, to identify the main forms of pressure (emissions, solid wastes, etc.) on the natural landscapes and agricultural systems, to develop a monitoring program with allocation the main objectives and most important tasks of its implementation. The main purpose of monitoring – is to collection of basic information, which will be aimed at addressing specific environmental problems for improvement soil cover on northern slopes of Caucasus and protect it from water erosion. The monitoring program allows getting information, which is due specific problem and conditions of certain area. The main tasks of monitoring the soil cover of northern slopes include concrete achievements in solving problems. At the beginning of monitoring follows determine the range of issues under study. More than often limited resources strictly dictate the need to reduce of measurement program, but always save quality of received material. For solving this problem we have to define the polygons of monitoring and select the objects that are affected by anthropogenic and natural factors. Considering defined technique, it is possible to evaluate the direction of development of particular ecosystem under the influence of a specific mode of action

Description
The article presents a study on agro-biological and technological indicators of Don indigenous wine grapes in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman area of the viticulture of the Krasnodar region. It was found that the introduced varieties are consistent with the conditions of the area and can be recommended for growing in production plantations in southern Russia. On ripening, the varieties are as follows: the early ripening varieties are Sibirkovy; a group of middle-ripening - Aligote, Plechistik, Varyushkin; to the medium-late - Bessergenevsky 10 and Krasnostop Anapsky. Highest yield was proved to for such grape varieties as Bessergenevsky 10 (150 kg / ha) and Varyushkin (140 kg / ha). Test grapes of Aligoté and Krasnostop Anapsky showed an average yield of 120 and 130 kg / ha, respectively, red and Sibirkovy Plechistik - 140 and 135 kg / ha. Comparing the current literature with the results, we noted the following notable differences: all the studied indigenous wine grapes in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman area of the Krasnodar region matured earlier, had higher productivity indexes and gave higher yields, than in the conditions of their homeland Rostov region

THE ADAPTABILITY OF VARIETIES OF WEIGELA (WEIGELA THUNB., CAPRIFOLIACEAE) IN THE CITY OF KRASNODAR
DescriptionThe success of the introduction of plants depends on their vitality and adaptation to new existence conditions. Different adaptability of plants depends not only on the species, but also on their individual properties. The article studies the characteristics of adaptation of the perspective ornamental shrubs - Weigela, Caprifoliaceae. We have shown the variety’s morphological features, the growth and development of varieties of Weigela that have been taken during the research in the experimental Garden Center (NСRRIH&V). There is an estimation of growth rate and its dependence on the structure of different varieties of Weigela’s crown. We have examined the features of the formation of leaves: we have defined the indicators such as the number, length and leaf area; biomass, dry weight; productivity of leaves. We have estimated Weigela leaves photosynthetic activity in the introduction’s region. We have determined the number of photosynthetic pigments in the studied cultivars of Weigela’s leaves. We have found out that Weigela’s leaves pigments’ synthesis largely depends on their natural color, quality and the vegetation phase. These studies allow us to conclude that all the studied varieties of Weigela can be characterized by a high degree of adaptation and deserve widespread in Krasnodar gardens and parks due to the high decorative flowering period

The accumulation features of radionuclides in the epitaphic pylaisiella moss (Pylaisia polyantha) in the territory of the city of Rostov-on-Don have been considered. The specific activities of 137Cs, 226Ra, 40K, and 232Th in the samples of moss, soils, and aerosol air have been compared. The capacity of Pylaisia polyantha to accumulate radionuclides has been estimated for four radionuclides (137Cs, 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K) with consideration for the background level. On the basis of radionuclide analysis, zones in the city of Rostov-on-Don with the highest accumulation coefficients of 137Cs, 226Ra, 40K, and 232Th were revealed. These were primarily the zones with both industrial and traffic loads and the motor transport zones

The peculiarities of vegetative propagation of ornamental plant Hypericum forrestii (Hypericaceae) by cuttings under conditions of the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar region have been studied. It has been found that summer cuttings of lignified and semi-lignified propagula are the best for vegetative propagation of Hypericum forrestii

FEATURES OF PLANT INTRODUCTION IN THE KUBAN REGION
DescriptionThe features of introduction of trees, shrubs and herbaceous species in terms of the Krasnodar region and the south of the CIS are analyzed, the specificity of this process for deciduous and coniferous species, and grasses at their development in the spring and autumn periods, the allocation of forming niches generative organs, microsporogenesis, etc. are discussed. Opportunity to adapt different kinds of herbs and species of shrubs and trees, taking into account seasonal development with allocation of exotic species in the annual cycle of vegetation critical periods for the growing season Kuban has been considered. The results of the horizontal and vertical introduction in the study of the imported seeds and planting material of different species of trees, shrubs and grasses are discussed
