VOLTAGE REGULATION OF SOLAR POWER PLANTS AUTONOMOUS INVERTERS
DescriptionIn agricultural production, the direction of introduction of renewable energy for power consumers remote from the external electrical network is relevant. Here, prospects are revealed in front of the solar PV stations. One of the main functional units of solar power is inverters that convert the DC voltage of the solar panels into alternating current. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of the main methods of voltage regulation of the autonomous inverters of solar photovoltaic power plants. We have proposed new structural designs of autonomous voltage inverters, described their advantages, features of design and operation for voltage stabilization. We suggest stand-alone inverters designed using high frequency link, which will significantly improve mass and dimensions parameters of the converter. Due to the use of single-phase transformer with a rotating magnetic field in stand-alone inverters, we improve the efficiency of the converter and the reliability of the work. Patents of the Russian Federation confirmed the novelty of technical solutions of the considered schemes of autonomous voltage inverters. Structural schematics of the voltage regulators considered in the article, as well as features of their work, will allow to increase efficiency of preliminary works on development of autonomous voltage inverters with improved operational and technical characteristics for solar photovoltaic power plants

This also affects the overall economic performance of the company. In this regard, the increase of logistics service is one of the priority tasks of the accompanying business of vertically integrated oil companies

OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS OF ELEMENTS COMPUTER SYSTEM
DescriptionThe work is devoted to the topical issue of increasing the productivity of computers. It has an experimental character. Therefore, the description of a number of the carried-out tests and the analysis of their results is offered. Previously basic characteristics of modules of the computer for the regular mode of functioning are provided in the article. Further the technique of regulating their parameters in the course of experiment is described. Thus the special attention is paid to observing the necessary thermal mode in order to avoid an undesirable overheat of the central processor. Also, operability of system in the conditions of the increased energy consumption is checked. The most responsible moment thus is regulating the central processor. As a result of the test its optimum tension, frequency and delays of data reading from memory are found. The analysis of stability of characteristics of the RAM, in particular, a condition of its tires in the course of experiment is made. As the executed tests took place within the standard range of characteristics of modules, and, therefore, the margin of safety put in the computer and capacity of system wasn't used, further experiments were made at extreme dispersal in the conditions of air cooling. In the dairy industry, the segment of yoghurts and yoghurt drinks is one of the most dynamically developing. Competition contributes to the production of high quality products. The transition to market relations encourages producers to use new prescription ingredients in the production of various yoghurts. In addition, it is essential to improve the existing ones and create qualitatively new technologies of products with a directed change in the chemical composition. Sour-milk drinks not only satisfy the physiological needs of the body, but also have a preventive and therapeutic purpose. Utilization of these products contributes to the prevention of numerous diseases, as well as life prolongation and increase of working capacity. The dietary properties of sour-milk drinks are determined by the presence of “live” beneficial microflora and persist for a long time, as long as this microflora remains viable and pure. The article contains data distinguishing the effects of the use of commercial fermentation starters EKOKOM Laktina, TM GoodFood, Kaprina on the qualitative characteristics of dairy clots. The article specifies the influence of fermentation starters and vegetable fillers on the organoleptic parameters of the final sour-milk product. The authors of the article further present data describing the organoleptic and physicochemical quality profile of yoghurt enriched with vegetable fillers, obtained by introducing commercial fermentation starters of various manufacturing companies

The problem of availability and quality of medical care is a priority nowadays. The Medical Centres for Information and Analysis (MCIA) have been created in the regions for the purpose of gathering information about the quality of services rendered and subsequent data are transferred to the Ministry of Health Care of Russia. Regional MCIA are complex and developed systems that solve simultaneously many problems, one of which – the organization of collection, processing, recording and analysis of information on the provision of medicines. It has been established in the course of conducting an analytical review of examination systems of preferential recipes and information protection that the level of automation of routine operations of the MCIA activity of the Krasnodar Region is high, but there is no qualitative information processing. As a result of the comparative analysis it was determined that the automated review of medical prescriptions for privileged drugs allows identifying abnormalities in the reference data without any analytical conclusions about the causes and consequences of the case. Taking into account the fact that in the provision of essential medications there still exists quite understandable demand for software products which automize the routine work of specialists, it remains obvious that the directions of improvement of software products are not implemented fully. In this regard, the present research proposes measures to improve the existing systems by integrating with the information system of medical and economic control of the prescription of medicines

At the nodes of the various machines, we use plain bimetal bearings: a steel base - antifriction cladding layer. Bimetal bearings have increased performance. One of the ways of making such bearings is the way of centrifugal bimetallization with heating of the independent electric arc. An important requirement of this technology is a uniform heating of the workpiece along the entire length until the formation of a continuous layer of the molten cladding material. The process of bimetallization require temperature control, since within the movement of the electric arc, low heat or high heat are possible due to heat dissipation from the ends of the workpiece in the installation and from the outer surface of the workpiece to the environment. A viable option the temperature control of the heat process of bimetallization for industrial conditions is to control the temperature of the outer surface of the steel base. It is necessary to solve the heat problem of the relationship between the temperature on the surface of the workpiece with the temperature on the boundary layers. For this purpose the numerical solution of the mathematical model of the thermal process, which includes the heat transmitting equation of Fourier and heat transfer at the ends of the sleeve according to Newton's law. The equivalent coefficients of heat transfer are obtained based on calculated and experimental thermograms. This is a time-consuming work. To minimize the time of fixing the boundary value problem of the thermal process of bimetallization, in this work we present the preliminary modeling based on the analytical solution of the thermal task of bi-metallization

THE FINISHING CLEANUP AND STRENGTHENING PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE CARS DETAILS
DescriptionResults of engineering and scientific search of improvement of resource-saving machine technologies of finishing and cleanup processing of cars details, development of new camps and technologies are presented. The possibility of low-frequency fluctuations with big amplitude can be implemented due to assembling flat or curvilinear elements on external surfaces of the relative screw reel. The use of computer modeling enabled us to obtain a relative screw drum that provides not only giving movement to loading masses with a big fluctuations amplitude, but also compression of loading masses in the process of their motion from loading to unloading. In such machines increase in processing efficiency is reached not only due to achievement of great movement amplitudes values of the loading masses, but also at the cost of compression of loading masses in processing and intensity increase of their mixing. The scheme of the machine for continuous processing with mechanization of separation of details from working environments particles is provided. Results of researches of quality and surfaces micro hardness change processed in the offered machines designs show that details processing time makes 3-6 min
