ANALYSIS OF HUNTING STRATEGY OF UPPER PALEOLITHIC IN THE NORTHERN BLACK SEA COAST
DescriptionThis article is devoted to the studying of one of the most important aspects of learning of life-support and wildlife management systems of hunting of ancient inhabitants of the Northern Black Sea Coast. Such researches are one of the main directions in sphere of studying prehistory of humankind in our country and abroad. The main aim of the research was to create the hunting pattern and to learn the chronological changes, by studying same time materials of Kamennaya Balka II, Tretij Mys, Anetolka II and Amvrosievka. During this research, the complex analysis of faunistic remainders was conducted with the help of new methods, which were developed by Russian and foreign authors. This led to a number of new high-quality results. The article shows the meaning of data which can be learnt by studying faunistic remainders and importance of such type of sources. The continuation of such research can extend our conception of life of our ancient ancestors

The article deals with issues related to the analysis of the problems of historical and cultural heritage of the Civil War, namely, the role of war in the development of architectural and sculptural symbolism in Krasnodar. It is stated that the historical and cultural heritage, which is kept properly and is presented correctly to younger generation, emerges as a necessary means of regulation and integration of contemporary Russian society. It is noted that the monuments of the Civil War and its participants are a valuable research material for the most complete study of the problem of historical and cultural heritage. It is said that a large number of monuments, that have become an integral part of the appearance of many cities of our country, are constructed after the war in the Soviet Union. Several tens of busts, tombstones and obelisks has been established for died military and civilians during the war. Krasnodar was a survivor of a terrible fratricidal war, where the main element acted Cossacks, was no exception. Memorial monuments and obelisks of human tragedy become an important part of life, both the capital of the Kuban and the entire Krasnodar Territory as a whole. They allow you to save a vivid memory of the tragedy of the Civil War. It is emphasized that Civil War monuments play evident and significant role in the education of the young growing generation now. The conclusion is that the architectural and sculptural symbolism of the Civil War, which is presented in Krasnodar, is multifaceted and diverse. Today it is one of the most important elements of patriotic education and the preservation of the historical memory of a terrible fratricidal war. The architectural and sculptural symbolism, which has prevailed since the end of war and the establishment of Soviet power, carried out and provides a vital link to the past present and future, it contributes to maintaining a sense of patriotism and belonging to the human tragedy of our past

BULGARIANS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE KUBAN COSSACKS IN THE LATE OF XVIII - THE EARLY OF XX CENTURIES
DescriptionThe study of the Russian-Slavic cultural, political and economic links is quite actual nowadays. At the turn of 18 – 20 centuries Russia was the only independent Slavic state that was a reason of special attention of foreign countries. The most intensive contacts in Slavic world can be found on a regional level. Both pre-revolutional and modern scientists actively explore such aspects as resettlement of Bulgarians to the Kuban, places of their compact location, main activities and further destiny of its members. There is a detailed specification of colonization of Bulagarian landowners from 18 until the beginning of 20 century in the article, based on the archive documents. Also described moments of first appearing of Bulgarians on the Russian territory and particularly in the Kuban. The article is focused on the main stages of economic familiarization and adaptation of settlers to the natural and social features of new locations. The conditions and forms of vital activities in labor, lifestyle, sociopolitical and cultural life that are typical for their social relations are marked in the article. There is also noted that main occupation of Bulgarian settlers was horticulture, where they achieved greatest successes thanks to mastery of artificial irrigation using a special mechanism for that (a big wheel with attached vessels); Hothouse economy, that allowed them to produce thermophilic crops; organization of teams, that assumed collective labor, labor relations and mutual support. To sum up, Bulgarian settlers harmoniously fitted into socio-cultural area of the Kuban region

THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR AND ITS FALSIFICATORS
DescriptionThe authors analyze the results of the lessons and consequences of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the context of modernity, as well as falsification attempts to distort, defame and otherwise detract the role of the USSR in the victory over Nazi Germany. They argue that the knowledge of the truth about the Great Patriotic War gives us the opportunity not only proud of the feat of their fathers and grandfathers, our homeland, but also strengthen the belief in the great future of modern Russia. They say that for a long time in Western historiography, and, unfortunately, in the domestic, and plant abstracts, not only contrary to the truth, archival materials and documents, but also the common logic. In particular, the article in question of who is to blame for fueling the war - the Soviet Union and Germany, Stalin or Hitler? The authors argue that, despite some external similarities in politics and ideology of the two historical actors of Stalin and Hitler, the two totalitarian regimes, it is really only superficial similarities. The authors show that it is the ideology and politics of fascism and Nazism became the primary cause of the outbreak of Hitler started World War II, and then the attack on the Soviet Union. The article stated a direct continuity between past and present Nazi fascism, emerging after the coup in the Ukraine with the direct support of the West. The article analyzes and that assistance provided by the Soviet Union and its allies in the anti-Hitler Germany - United States and Britain. Without belittling their contribution to winning, the authors, however, have proved a decisive role of our country in it

THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE KALMYK ASSR — THE SUPREME BODY OF THE STATE POWER OF THE REPUBLIC
DescriptionThis article deals with actual problems of the national structure of Kalmyk people in 1930-s years based on legislative documents and also problems of development and the adoption of the first Constitution of Kalmyk USDA (1937). The article focuses on the main features of this research. The adoption of the basic law of the Kalmyk republic was a big step in the social and political life in Kalmykia and in its constitutional history. This document included fundamental principles of the «constitution of proletariat government», peculiarities of Russian social class development, aims and objectives of national political structure in the Russian Federation. The basic law of the Kalmyk USDA was created on the basis of principles of the Constitution of the USSR and the Constitution of the RSFSR. The law secured social and government order of the Soviet Kalmykia. The procedure of governing and composition, the competence and authorities are disclosed and the work of the Supreme council of the Kalmyk USDA as the highest representative and legislative body in the context of the basic law of the Kalmyk republic. In the Constitution of the republic rights and freedom of nationals are fully reflected in accordance with the constitutional principles of the USSR. Finally the author concludes that in the administrative command system the basic features of rights and freedom of the peoples of the USSR in practice were not respected
