Description
In the article of Kudelin A.E., who is a candidate of economic science of the philosophy and political science department is proved that in the year of “reorganization” in Soviet Union there was a catastrophic falling of everything on what the life of people was based. It was not a result of some mistakes at all, but the consequences of meaningly chosen capitalization of the degeneration of the Soviet Society order. In the conditions which took place on our planet on a boundary of centuries, it is a (property/quality) of transitive economy it self, created by our transitive state, and the reason is not based on the capitalism we are trying to join to allegedly is already decays, but the reason is that this concrete capitalism, which is available and accessible to us in future and which we are starting to get and we will get it in the end of “liberal transition”, could be only like this unfortunately. It (capitalism) turns us to be a country of peripheral capitalism.

SYSTEMIC COGNITIVE ANALYSIS (SCA) AND THE EIDOS SYSTEM IN THE LIGHT OF PLATON'S DOCTRINE
Description
In article the parallel between the doctrine of Ancient Greek philosopher Platon about Eidoses and the sys-temic cognitive analysis (SCA) with its toolkit: Eidos system is drawn. It is shown that the SCA supposes substantial interpretation in the light of Platon's doc-trine about Eidoses. Eidos system realizes mathemat-ical model of the SCA, carries out operations of res-toration of Eidoses on the basis of their concrete rea-lizations in the form of objects, allows to estimate what realization of Eidoses the given concrete objects are, and also provides research of systems of Eidoses similar with each other (their clusters) and systems of the most various Eidoses clusters among themselves, i.e. constructs.
