The article deals with typical representation of images of humans, whom have cut themselves loose from the family and the environment in the writing by V. Astafiev, F. Abramov, V. Belov, V. Rasputin. The analysis of literary images of the main characters enables us to out line an aniseed concept of an outcast personality in the writings of prominent writers of village prose in 1960 – 80 years.

Problem of regulation and standardization of scientific-technical terminology is considered in the article. Under regulation of terminology it is possible to create new terms. Academic terminological vocabulary, based on the systemic-structural approach to the study of vocabulary, allows not only to determine content of a term, but to present the whole system of meanings of such and such branches of science and technology in whole.
