Description
The article examines the results of studies on the study of changes in the structure of leached chernozem in the low-west agro landscape, depending on the technology of cultivation of field crops. The research task was to determine the effect of basic tillage (dumping plowing, non-loosening loosening and surface treatment) and fertilizer systems (mineral and organic in crop rotation) on the structure (aggregate composition of the soil) of the old irrigated leached chernozem. It was established that the aggregate composition of the arable layer when cultivating tilled crops (sugar beet, soybean and corn) was noticeably inferior to the structure of the treated layer under crops of solid crops (winter wheat, alfalfa). The content of agronomically valuable soil aggregates for roaches varied from 39.8% in corn to 53.4% in soybean. At the same time, the structural coefficient was 0.7-1.1. Cultures of continuous sowing increased the content of agronomically valuable soil aggregates of the arable layer by an average of 12.2%, and the structural coefficient by 0.6. The replacement of plowing with non-loosening loosening and surface treatment in crop rotation showed that in the arable layer of the aggregated soil particles under the tilled crops practically did not change. This figure was 47.3 and 48.5%, while in plowing it occupied an intermediate position - 48.3%. Under the crops of continuous sowing a tendency to increase agronomically valuable aggregates was noted. The mineral fertilizer system fully worked to preserve the structure of the soil when it was used for plowing. The remaining methods of basic processing against the background of the mineral fertilizer system are less effective. According to the arable crops there was a tendency to increase aggregates of 10-0.25 mm in size. Winter wheat (according to its predecessor - corn and alfalfa), alfalfa of different years of life increased the austerity of the arable layer by 9.0%. Organic fertilizers, introduced twice in the rotation, significantly improve the soil structure in the plow layer. The organic system used for tilled crops in comparison with unmanned crops for plowing, non-rooting and surface loosening increased the number of aggregates measuring 10-0.25 mm on average by a rotation of 10.4. Organic fertilizers in the link of the crops of continuous sowing improved the aggregate composition by an average of 4.3%. Optimal organic fertilizers worked against the backdrop of non-loosening loosening

INNOVATIVE RESOURCE-SAVING BIOLOGICAL AND AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES OF GROWING CEREAL CROPS
DescriptionModern precision agricultural technologies such as No-Till lead to increasing of pathogens populations in the soil and frequency of application of chemical plant protection products. The production of biological agents directly in the farms, as well as the use of other low-risk agro-practices, among which methods for reducing herbicides from the group of glyphosates, is an effective way to resolve these problems. Such methods can reduce the cost of production and reduce the number of applied plant protection products. The use of the tank mixture Bacillus subtilis + complex aminoamides was very effective in the treatment of wheat seeds. Biological protection against root rot of crops of cereal crops by their treatment with Crocus and Pseudomonas fluorescens tank mixture is also effective. This treatment not only reduces the infection of plants with root rot, but also develops their biometric characteristics, the amount of chlorophyll in plants in the tillering stage. To reduce the likelihood of epiphytoty and epizootic diseases in agrobiocenoses, it is necessary to introduce, in addition to early spring treatment, the application of biological agents’comp-lex: (which can be carried out simultaneously with the addition of glyphosates under the No-Till conditions) Trichoderma viride. In a number of regions of Russia, an innovative method of enhancing the action of glyphosates in this technology has been applied. It is based on the introduction of the drug Crocus glyphosate into the tank mixture, which accelerates the penetration of glyphosate and its transport through the phloem to the root system. In this case, predominantly violated chiquimous (phenolic) exchange. Experiments have shown that the use of this method effective and leads to a change in the concentration of aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine and tyrosine), their number drops sharply compared with the benchmark on the 7th day after the plants are treated with this tank mixture

Modern domestic tomato hybrid should be competitive with tomato hybrids of foreign selection. To create a model of a future hybrid, a collection of modern tomato hybrids of domestic and foreign selection presented on the seed market was investigated. During the study, a modern method of genetic study of the genotype of tomato Real-Time PCR was used. As a result of the study, a model of a modern tomato hybrid with tolerance to powdery mildew of tomato was described. In the future, it is planned to carry out breeding work to create such a hybrid. In the course of studying the F1 collection of tomato hybrids, it was found that the modern model of a tomato hybrid should have the following characteristics: a semi-vegetative type of growth with closely spaced internodes, early and medium ripening, a simple type of inflorescence with 4–5 fruits if the average weight of fruit is more than 200 grams; with 6–7 fruits weighing up to 150 grams for collection by tassels. High strength of fruits with the absence of concentric and radial cracking, suitable for long-distance transportation, is required. In the genotype of the modern hybrid model, in addition to tomato powdery mildew resistance (Oidiun lycopersici), it is necessary to have a complex of resistance genes to such diseases as tobacco mosaic virus (Tomato mosaic tobamovirus), Fusarium oxysporum, verticillosis wilt of the tomato; ), brown spot of tomato (Cladosporium fulvum). It is also desirable the presence of a gene of resistance to the yellow leaf curl virus of tomato (Tomato yellow leaf curl virus) and the gall nematode (Meloidogyne incognita)

Description
The article presents the results of studies on the influence of the conditions of the foothill horticultural zone of the Krasnodar region and the crown shape on the agrobiological characteristics of the growth and fruiting of apple trees of the Idared and Renet Simirenko varieties. The objects of the study are Idared and Rennet Simirenko, trees of winter apple varieties, grafted on MM 106 rootstock. Trees were planted according to the 5 × 3 m scheme; crown width 2.0 ... 2.5 m. Orientation of rows from east to west. The garden is located on the northern slope with a slope of 3 degrees. The scheme of experience: option 1 - sparse-tiered crown (control); option 2 - flattened crown. In the experiment there were 2 options, in each option 10 typical trees were taken. Repetition: tree - plot. The location of the experiment is the Abinsky district of the Krasnodar region. Agricultural records of growth and fruiting of apple trees were carried out according to generally accepted methods, statistical processing of research results was performed by the method of variance analysis described by B. Dospekhov. The results of our studies showed that when flattening crowns, the variety Idared increases the average weight of apples by 22.9%, the yield of fruits of the highest and first grade by 43.6%, the intensity of integumentary coloring of fruits in the peripheral zones increases by 1.44, and in the center crowns 2.7 times, compared with sparse-tier crowns. In the variety Renet Simirenko, the fruit weight increases by 8.9%, the yield of the highest and first grade fruits by 14.6%, the number of fruits with color by 18.7%. Thus, in apple orchards with a 7 x 4 m planting pattern (on MM106 stock) under the conditions of the foothill horticultural zone of the Krasnodar region, flattened tree crowns should be formed for the Aydared variety (aged 14-15 years), which significantly improves the quality of the products

CLONALE MICROPROPOGATION AND SANITATION OF PRUNUS DOMESTICA FROM THE PLUM POX POTYVIRUS (PPV)
DescriptionIn the article we present the analysis of the results of studies of russian, foreign scientists, as well as our own data, obtained in the clonal micro-multiplication and sanitation of the plum domestic from Sharkey's virus (PPV). The urgency of work is determined by the fact that the plum is the second on the significance culture in horticulture of the south of Russia. One of the most economically significant objects of virus etiology on the discharge of relative is considered to be Sharkey's virus of plum (Plum pox potyvirus). In the Krasnodar region and in the Russian Federation for the first time, Sharkey's virus of plum was discovered in the end of the 1980th, after which it widely extended into other regions of the country. In the complex of the methods of sanitation from Sharkey's virus of plum we successfully use thermo- and chemotherapy in combination with the method of apical meristem. The mechanism of the formation of virus-free meristem consists of the delay of the process of the replication of virus particles from the rapid, anticipating increase in the rudimentary cloths and organs, especially, if plant undergoes by thermo- or chemotherapy. As virucide there are used the preparations neo -DHt (85 mG/l), and also salycilic acid in the concentration of 3kh10-4 M with the simultaneous magnetic-pulse working of mericlons. As the most suitable nutrient medium for the micro-multiplication of plum we considered Murasige- Skoog medium, on basis of which we have prepared different modifications. As the growth factors, which increase the effectiveness of multiplication, we used 6-BAP in the concentration 0,5-1 mG/l (in the stage of introduction into the culture and the stage of animated cartoon). For the improvement in the quality of the micro-shoots of plum, additionally to the growth factors, one should apply succinic acid, succinates of potassium and sodium in the concentration 4 mG/l. Obtained in the course of clonal micro-multiplication and adapted mericlons will be tested to the virus carrying ability and will be approved according to the quality signs. The ovaries of initial plants are embedded by healthy quality seedlings

RICE QUANTITATIVE TRAITS CONTROLLING YIELD AND THEIR INHERITANCE
DescriptionRice is a crop with high yields guaranteed by nature itself. In recent years, huge changes have occurred in the domestic rice cultivation, but despite this, there are still a lot of unsolved relevant problems. One of such problems is the development of high yielding varieties. The success of breeding largely depends on the availability of genetically diverse starting material with a wide response to changing environmental conditions, its knowledge and proper selection; as well as the identification of new sources of valuable traits and properties, among ecologically remote agro-types that enrich the genetic potential of domestic varieties. Development of a high-yielding variety is greatly influenced by economically important traits: plant height, total and productive tillering, the number of spikelets and grains in the panicle, grain size, weight of 1000 grains, etc. In modern biological science of heredity, there is still the question of the inheritance of quantitative traits. The study of inheritance of quantitative traits constituting the main elements of the yield structure is one of the most important tasks, the solution of which is necessary to speed up the breeding process. Inheritance of any trait is often determined by researchers by the magnitude of the dominance coefficient
