IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF AGRICULTURE SYSTEMS IN THE KRASNODAR REGION
DescriptionThe article considers the existing system of agriculture in the Krasnodar region. We also give the soil-climatic characteristic of natural-agricultural zones. There was studied the structure of agricultural landscapes of the region. It is concluded that in the agricultural production of the Krasnodar region approach to agriculture is focused only on zonal methods of land management, planning and organization of large agricultural enterprises. Whereas, the Land reform carried out in the Russian Federation since the 90-ies of the last century has made significant adjustments, both on domestic political and socio-economic relations in the life of society, and on land management provision of agriculture. Redistribution of agricultural land, the formation of new scientific approaches to farming systems, based on the principles of sustainability and self-regulation of agricultural landscapes, device of crop rotations, adapted to local climatic conditions are aimed at the reproduction of soil fertility and a positive balance of humus. In this regard, there were developed the proposals and calculated technical and economic indicators for the transition to a new, effective, scientifically based, adapted to local agricultural landscape conditions, high-tech balanced farming systems. According to developed proposals and recommendations, there was given the example of application in crop ten-field crop rotation for the central zone of the Krasnodar region, which is balanced in humus

Description
As a prospect in baking, a number of researchers propose to expand the range of products in the formulation of which include natural food dressers. The article presents the results of research on the development of the optimal formulation of bread from mixtures of wheat flour, wholemeal flour from grains of naked barley varieties Nudum 95 and wholemeal flour from grain triticale varieties Tsekad 90. To select the optimal mixture of wheat, barley and triticale flour, the following variants of the ratios were studied– 70:10:20; 60:20:20; 50:30:20; 50:20:30. As control we took flour of the highest grade from grain of strong wheat Novosibirsk 29. Flour mixtures studied by the gluten content is significantly inferior to the control version of the flour. In the version where 70% of wheat flour was used, gluten decreased by 5.1%, in the version with the amount of wheat flour 60%, gluten decreased by 8.0%. In subsequent variants, the difference in gluten content with the control variant was more than 10%. The lowest rate of flour strength (145 e.a.) in the version where barley flour reached 30% of the mixture. In other embodiments, the flour strength level 209-250 e.a., that is slightly different from the standards on valuable wheat (not less than 260 e.a.). In terms of baking quality has distinguished the case where the proportion of wheat flour was 70%, barley – 10% and triticale – 20% (the volume of bread 500 ml, total score of bread 4 points). In subsequent versions, the performance of baking qualities decreased. As a result of evaluation of mixtures of wheat, barley and triticale flour revealed the most optimal ratio – 70:10:20. This option is recommended for introduction into production for enrichment of wheat flour with nutritious components of barley and triticale grain

APPLICATION OF HYDROCARBON SUB-STANCE OF GROWTH AT CULTIVATION OF CROPS
DescriptionIn this work we have given the analysis of the literary data confirming positive experience of impact of the hydrocarbon substance of growth (HSG) on viability of seeds, resilience, growth of plants, and productivity of various crops. It is shown that the basic experimental data belong to the 60th of the XX century. At the same time, works on application of HSG have been generalized for the first time in the collection of works of the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijani SSR by Institute of soil science and agrochemistry. HSG represents the by-product of petro processing received at sulphuric acid cleaning of diesel fuel with further processing with alkaline solution of NaOH. It includes mainly mixture of sodium salts of naphthenic acids. On the basis of literary data and own probes it is established that for each culture there is optimum very small concentration of HSG (0.005-0.01%), processing by solution of which makes positive impact on viability, growth and development of crops. The results of probes of blood formation of animals [8] and growth of mass of birds allow considering HSG ecologically safe. We have also presented the results of pilot study of impact of pre-seeding processing of seeds of wheat and peas by water solutions of the hydrocarbon growth substance (HSG) on their morpho-physiological parameters. The most effective concentration of HSG for processing of seeds of spring wheat of grade "Saratov" and grade peas "Alpha" is revealed. It is shown that the stimulator in concentration of 0.005-0.01% proves as stimulator of crop growth. It follows that degree of efficiency of action of HSG on improvement of development and increase in productivity of agricultural products from use of this drug is quite high. Considering that the stimulator can be received at insignificant expenses as a waste product of the purified diesel fuels, its application in agriculture is economically justified

Description
The article considers data obtained in long-term stationary experiment in Kuban state agrarian University, which was started in 1991 for old irrigated leached black soil of the central zone of the Krasnodar region. Studies were conducted in two rotations of seven-field grassy-grain-row crop rotation. The duration of irrigation - more than 30 years. It is established that long-term irrigation by sprinkling led to the soil over-compaction in both arable and subsurface layers. In the arable layer of 0-30 cm density of 0.14-0.17 g/cm3 exceeds the maximum allowable. We have noticed a sharp decrease in humus in the arable layer to 2.46-2.67 per cent. The weak acidification of the active root layer was noted, salt PH 5.0-5.3. In the soil-absorbing complex, the content of calcium decreases. It was found that the productivity of crops cultivated in the rotation of two rotations was greatly influenced by the system of basic soil treatment. In the first rotation, the decrease in productivity of cultivated crops against the background of the surface treatment system amounted to an average of 4.2% compared with deep: subsurface tillage and moldboard. In the second rotation after 14 years against the background of shallow surface treatment crop rotation productivity decreased by 11.2 %. The dependence of the fertilizer system and crop yield on the background of different main soil tillage is established. When using the mineral fertilizer system, the decrease in crop productivity, while minimizing the main tillage in the second rotation was 15.2%, and against the background of the organic fertilizer system by 12.7%. The deep sub-soil treatment provided an increase in the productivity of old irrigated leached black soil in the second rotation against organic fertilizers by 3.6%. Thus, the organic system of fertilizers on the background of deep main soil tillage allows to obtain crop yields in the framework of grassy-grain-row crop rotation on wetlands degraded old-irrigated lands is not lower than using high doses of mineral fertilizers

DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS TO PROTECT FLOODPLAIN LAND FROM FLOODING AND WATERLOGGING
DescriptionDue to the fact that in floodplain lands there is instability in the yield of agricultural crops because of flooding and waterlogging, protection of the territories is necessary. The area of the foothills of the Kuban River, where the reclaimed field is located, was chosen as the object of study. Since this territory is subjected to periodic flooding, and in order to preserve the fertility of this soil, a set of measures has been taken. Hydrometeorological and hydrogeological studies are used as the main method. The parameters of the dam and drainage system were determined, the locations of the regulatory structure and the location of the observation wells were substantiated. To assess the measures taken, soybean was grown on the field during the period of greatest rainfall. After sowing, soil samples were collected at three points and conducted research aimed at the influence of the drainage system. It has been established that the complex of measures influences the meliorative state of the field for the better. In the area near the main collector, the soil is most depressed after the processes of flooding and waterlogging, the seedlings of the soybean plants are sparse, and by the middle of the field the plants developed evenly and had almost identical morphometric indicators. Were obtained biometric indicators in different parts of the soil, which are confirmed by experiment

DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIPLEX SETS OF SSR MARKERS FOR GENOTYPING APRICOT VARIETIES (PRUNUS ARMENIACA L.)
DescriptionGenetic studies of apricot are the actual direction in the genetics of fruit crops. In this regard, the improvement of the collection of SSR markers for the genotyping of this culture is an objectively significant task. In a study for the 16 SSR-markers previously developed on almonds (PdUnchar2, PdSLD1, PdGMGT1, PdTrTFGT1, PdUnchar2, PdSLD1, PdGMGT1, PdTrTFGT1) and Siberian apricot (A3-72, A1-63, H2-22, A3- 7-1, H2-5, A1-7, A3-9, H2-45), approbation and evaluation of the prospects of using for genotyping Prunus armeniaca L. were performed. Approbation, performed on 3 varieties of different origin, revealed markers and their combinations optimal for their use. During the study, all tested DNA markers were grouped into multiplex sets, including 4 markers. This allows carrying out genotyping simultaneously on 4 loci in the formulation of one reaction. One marker (PdUnchar2) from the studied sample included in the multiplex set did not show amplification. Five markers gave a monomorphic product. The remaining 11 SSR markers allowed us to obtain polymorphic, cultivar-specific SSR fingerprints for all the studied cultivar. These multiplex sets are proposed for use in studying the genetic polymorphism of the species Prunus armeniaca L.

DEVELOPMENT OF SIGNIFICANT PHENOTYPICAL TRAIT MODELS OF TABLE GRAPE
DescriptionIntensive viticulture as a sub-branch of the grape-wine industry of agriculture is developing due to the introduction of modern scientific developments. The intensification of production consists of laying vineyards with planting material of higher biological categories, highly productive clones of traditional and long-established selection varieties; advanced agrotechnological techniques and mechanized operations, etc. For import substitution of table grapevine in our country, it is especially important to introduce new big-berry varieties from early to late maturity, providing a continuous 100-day conveyor for harvesting, with a bunch of grapes, various colors and the shape of berries. In many countries of the world with developed viticulture, breeding programs are being conducted to create competitive table varieties. As a result, there were obtained Muscat of Italy (Italy), Cardinal, Red Globe (USA), Moldova (Moldova), widely spread all over the world. But the world market does not stand still and breeders are working on new varieties. In recent years, there has been a trend of enlargement of berries from 8 to 24 grams, preference is given to varieties with pink and red berries. So, for example, created in Ukraine - a very early variety of Livia; in Russia - the variety clones of Livia K and Rochefort K, the early varieties of the Memory of the Teacher, the Gift of the Nesvetay, the Preobraghenie and the Jubilee of Novocherkassk, and others. These varieties are bred according to the developed model, which shows the genetic regularities of the formation of maximum expression in transgressive recombinants in quantitative (mass of berries and bunches) and qualitative (shape and color of berries) traits associated with maturation
