05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
Ensuring the food security of the country in the conditions of growing consumption of crop products and excluding dependence on foreign producers poses a serious question for science to increase the volume of production while maintaining soil fertility. One of the important tasks in solving this problem is to create a moisture-saving and moisture-accumulating soil layers. This article focuses on the cultivation of winter wheat. In addition to providing moisture in the cultivated layer, crop losses are observed as a result of the defeat of plants by Fusarium. Also, to ensure the co-storage of the fruit layer, it is necessary to reduce the use of chemical means of protection, less intensive impact on the treated surface by the running systems of power facilities and working bodies of machines, but with compliance with the primary requirements for the treated surface. To complete the tasks, we have developed a universal plow with a turning beam. Chisel working bodies are installed on the front of the beam. The formation turnover is performed by the disk working bodies installed further. The main element is a skating rink. The article presents the scheme of sets of plow on different types of work, as a universal combined machine and to perform individual types of work

Description
In this article we consider methods of inactivation of anti-nutrient substances of leguminous crops by means of preliminary treatment: melting and extrusion of grain. It has been found that the main anti-nutrient of legumes is a trypsin inhibitor. It is concluded that it is impossible to use leguminous crops as animal feed without preliminary treatment. We have considered issues of use of leguminous crops in feeding farm animals in the form of flour, cake, extraction cake, protein concentrates, milk, green mass, hay, senage, herbal flour and silage, and it has been established that the most promising direction of preparation of leguminous animals for feeding by agricultural animals is preparation of liquid protein suspension

Description
As a result of the analysis of the scientific question, there is a steady trend of growth in food consumption, especially of plant origin. To this issue, it is also necessary to add the provision of food security of the country and the exclusion of dependence on foreign producers. Thus, before science and production is a serious question of a significant increase in the production of crop products with a slight increase in the cost of these types of work and the main thing is to ensure the preservation of soil fertility. This can be achieved by reducing the use of chemical means of protection, less intensive impact on the treated environment by the running systems of power facilities and the working bodies of machines, but in compliance with the primary requirements for the treated surface. The proposed design of a horizontally arranged spherical disk working body can be used in various tillage machines for shallow and surface tillage. The design of the working body allows reducing the passes of the unit to perform the necessary agricultural requirements for equalization and ridges of the soil. And these indicators have a significant impact on the quality of sowing, which will necessarily affect the yield in the end. Comparative studies of the proposed working body and the same devices used in production show a clear advantage of the new scheme

Description
The urgent task facing the agro-industrial complex is the improvement of storage methods for agricultural products and the development of new ones. One of the actively cultivated crops, characterized by a variety of species, valuable taste and medicinal properties – grape. It is possible to provide the population with fresh grapes of high quality through the introduction of effective storage technologies that reduce losses, preserve marketable properties and biological value. One of the effective ways to preserve the quality of grapes during storage is the use of sulfur dioxide (SO2). This gas inhibits oxidative enzymes in berries, thereby reducing the rate of development of the phytopathogen Botrýtis cinérea, which causes gray rot. At the same time, it is especially important to control the rate of release of sulfur dioxide, since at the beginning of storage it is necessary to ensure the receipt of a large amount of it, which will eliminate Botrytis spores present on the surface of the berries and stabilize the existing damage. Further, during the entire period of storage of grapes, sulfur dioxide must be supplied in minimal quantities. Such dynamics of SO2 emission can be ensured by the use of two-phase generators of sulfur dioxide. The article investigated the effects of sulfur dioxide generators on the quality of grapes during storage. The study also investigates quality indicators of grapes of several varieties zoned in the Krasnodar region under long-term storage

THE STUDY OF PLANT PARTS EXTRACTING BY THE WORKING BODIES OF THE KKS-1M POTATO HARVESTER
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
Potatoes are cultivated in all parts of the world. In 2019, the Russian Federation ranked third in potato production. Ryazan region has favorable climatic conditions for potato growing. The growth in potato production is constrained by the insufficient provision of small and medium-sized farms with harvesting equipment and storage facilities. For working in small areas and in difficult conditions, simple machines are in demand: potato diggers and single-row potato harvesters. “Gala” variety potatoes are grown using intensive technology in the experimental field of the agrotechnological station of Ryazan State Agrotechnological University. In September 2019, there was a study of the effect of plant parts on the performance indicators of the technological process with a single-row KKS-1M potato harvester with a combined plant-top-removing device. The device consists of top-directing fingers, a top-removing roller and a counter-current finger-type separator. The studies are based on standard and private test methods. The harvester was tested on dark gray forest soils of heavy loamy composition, with a moisture content of 19-21%. Plots were prepared for testing: one with uncleaned tops, one with tops previously removed by BD-4 haulm shredder and one with manually removed tops. In the course of research, a change in the direction of potato stems during the movement of the heap along the working bodies of the potato harvester was determined. It was found that the stems change their direction from transverse to longitudinal. It was established that a combined PLANT-TOP-REMOVING device removes from 75.8% to 88.2% of plant impurities entering the harvester. Studies confirmed the efficiency of KKS-1M combine when harvesting potatoes. According to the generalized results, the loss of tubers was 1.5-4.7%, their damage was 1.7-4.39% and the purity of the tubers in the bunker was 70.3-84.7%. Studies confirmed that the harvesting technology significantly affects the performance of a potato harvester. In severe conditions, pre-harvesting row-spacing loosening can be recommended and the haulm shredder is set to a cutting height of at least 150-180 mm

STUDYING A DISK SOWING DEVICE AND JUSTIFICATION OF ITS PARAMETERS
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
In recent years, in the conditions of the Tambov region, thanks to the widespread introduction of innovative technologies, the yield of root crops of this culture has significantly increased. The scheme of sowing is the basis of technology of cultivation of any crops depend on the productivity and quality of products, material and monetary and energy costs, density of sowing, supply area and design features used cars. According to academician V. I. Edelstein, the optimal sowing scheme is able to provide an increase in crop yields up to 40%. It was noted that the most optimal scheme of sowing is a tape, with the use of which it is possible to achieve a reasonable compromise between the possibility of rational thickening of plants in order to increase yields and improve the working conditions of agricultural machines. The relevance of the research lies in the modernization of the sowing apparatus of the beet seeder SST-12B, under the belt scheme of sowing with a staggered arrangement of plants in two adjacent lines of the tape and the study of its design parameters. The analysis shows that with an increase in the angle of installation of the scraper over 60 degrees, there is an increase in the percentage of occupancy of the disk cells with seeds in all studied hybrids. Studies have found that the hybrid RMS-120 at the angle of installation of the scraper 70 degrees is 100 percent filling cells with seeds, while hybrids XM-1820 and Troika cells filled only 93.3%. This is due to the fact that the seeds of the domestic hybrid were more aligned in diameter compared to the seeds of foreign firms. It should also be noted that the hybrid RMS-120 with a scraper angle of 70 degrees was marked by the lowest damage dragees-0.67%, while hybrids XM-1820 and Troika values of this indicator were 0.83 and 0.73%, respectively. By increasing the angle of installation of the scraper over 80 degrees, the percentage of damaged seeds increased from 0.4 to 0.66%

TO THE QUESTION OF MODELING THE PROCESS OF INTERACTION OF THE ELASTIC WHEEL WITH THE SOIL BASE
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
One of the most important problems facing agricultural production is to increase traction and energy properties and to decrease the deforming effect of wheel propellers of power tractors on the soil. The solution to this problem requires the widespread introduction of computer-aided design systems, which make it possible to predict the towing, fuel, economic, and agro-technological properties of the tractor unit at the design stage. Traction and energy indicators of wheeled agricultural tractors, the level of impact of wheel propellers on the soil are largely determined by the quality of pneumatic tires. The search for the optimal parameters of pneumatic tires, the compliance of tire characteristics with the parameters and operating conditions of the tractor unit, require solving two main problems. Firstly, the development of analytical dependencies describing the process of interaction of elastic wheels with the soil base, depending on the rolling mode of the wheel. Secondly, bringing to the engineering level the methods of calculation and analysis of the wheel propellers and soil system. The work discusses the issues of physical and mathematical modeling of a pneumatic wheel and soil system. It is noted that among the existing approaches to describing the process of interaction of an elastic wheel with soil, it is most preferable to use rheological models that take into account the simultaneous deformation and subsequent restoration of the soil and tire. However, when it comes to the existing models, the formation of the area of the contact patch is associated with a common normal deflection, which is not confirmed by numerous experimental studies. In the present work, the concept of agrotechnological deflection of a pneumatic tire is introduced. The developed model makes it possible to calculate the rut dept, the tangential and radial deformations of the tire, the longitudinal and normal deformations of the base, and the contact pressure under a known normal load on the wheel, wheel rolling radius and speed. We have also presented analytical and experimental dependences of the contact pressure and the rut depth on the size of the agrotechnical deflection

TO THE QUESTION OF POTATO DAMAGE DURING HARVESTING AND LAYING FOR STORAGE
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
The article considers the possibility of using a potato harvester with an unloading device. The principle of operation of an unloading device based on a potato harvester is presented. The unloading device of the root-harvesting machine allows to prevent damage to tubers by damping the speed and lowering the height of the falling heap due to the use of the unloading gutter equipped with a lifting-lowering mechanism made of two differently inclined flat sections, on the inner surface of which, across the gutter, elastically deformable elements are fixed in the form loop absorbers. A group of authors carried out a comparative assessment of the tests of the basic model of the AVR Kolnag potato harvester Spirit 6200 and its improved experimental version with an unloading rating device. The studies were conducted on the fields of the Danko farm of the Lukhovitsky district, Moscow region in 2018 - 2019. Harvesting was carried out alternately from several fields. According to the data obtained, it was found that the level of damage to potato tubers when using the developed experimental version of the unloading device of the potato harvester is 2.1%, which is lower in comparison with the basic model of the harvester. The obtained results of field studies of the experimental unloading device confirmed the results of previous theoretical calculations and laboratory studies, including the high efficiency of the developed device compared to the serial analogue
