EFFECTIVE WAYS TO REDUCE SOIL COM-PACTION TO PRESERVE ITS FERTILITY

DescriptionNew ways of solving reducing soil compaction problem are substantiated. Soil compaction destroys its structure, violates its water-air regime, and leads to erosion and reduced yield. The effectiveness of the presented directions, based on the analysis of the issue and the results of own research is confirmed by practical use in the crop production processes mechanization of intellectual engineering authors' developments, based on their inventions and well-known serial technology selected from Automated reference system "agricultural machinery". It was the synthesis of own research results and modern agricultural machinery best samples analysis that allowed us to form an effective system of machines that reduce the harmful soil compaction. This ensures soil fertility preservation and crop yield increase. The set of machines proposed in the system for soil processing, sowing, fertilizing, spraying and harvesting not only reduces soil compaction but also improves work quality, labor productivity and complexity of the work performed, harvest and reduces costs of all types (energy, money, labor). The basis of the problem solution consists of a combination of technological operations for one pass of the unit across the field, multifunctional units application in the system that performs tillage and seeding, fertilization and tillage, additional fertilizing of spike crops with simultaneous harrowing, harvesting with simultaneous stubbling or straw pressing etc., refusal to use heavy machinery in the fields, trucks, conversion tracked system on tractors, front and rear hydraulics for making multi-functional units, the use of fundamentally new machines and adaptations to them according to the inventions of the authors

EFFICIENCY OF CHEMICAL FUNGICIDES AGAINST LEAF TAN SPOT OF WHEAT

DescriptionIn recent years leaf tan spot had dominated into pathogenic complex of wheat in southern Russia. The causative agent of this disease is hemibiotrophic ascomycete Pyrenophora tritici-repentis (Died.) Drechsler; imperfect state of Drechslera triticirepentis (Died) Shoem. It causes two different symptoms in susceptible wheat varieties: chlorosis and necrosis. Under epiphytotic disease progression crop losses can achieve 65%. One of the most important elements of phytosanitary control of wheat cenosis is scientifically relevant chemical fungicides application. Biological efficiency of some fungicides against Pyrenophora tritici-repentis has been estimated. Research was conducted on the experimental ground of FSBSI ARRIBPP on the variety susceptible to the pathogen – Krasnodarskaya 99. Preparations were tested one time at leaf-tube formation (Z37) phase or two times: at leaf-tube formation (Z37) and start of heading (Z51) stages. Double treatment was more effective than a single one. Fungicides “Amistar extra” and “Prozaro” have got the high biological efficiency – 80,7 and 83,7%, consequently, and longer protective period (up to 40 days) in comparison to every tested fungicides

EFFECT OF DRY BAKERY YEAST SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIАE IN MILK COWS DIET

DescriptionThe effect of dietary supplementation with dry bakery yeast culture Saccharomyces cerevisiae in high concentrate diet (F:C=47:53) on milk yeald and rumen fermentation were studied on two groups primiparous lactaiting cows (8 cows per group) and four ruminally cannulated nonlactaiting cows on diet F:C=25:75. Cows fed yeast during 67 days produced 1.24 kg/d and 1.66 kg/d natural and 4% fat corrected milk respectively more, than control cows. Milk protein and fat percentages were also higher. On diet with yeast ruminal concentration of lactate was lower and butirate+propionate was higher. The yeast incrised rumen pH, decreased NH3 in rumen and urea in blood, decreased viscosity of rumen fluid

EFFICIENCY OF THE FERTILIZER SYSTEM IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF EMPOWERMENT OF WINTER WHEAT

DescriptionWinter wheat is very demanding on the nutrient regime of the soil. Like many winter crops, it consumes the nutrients unevenly distributed during the vegetation period, which must be considered when making them. Modern varieties of winter wheat are very demanding to soil fertility. For the formation of 4,0-4,5 t/ha requires about 140 kg of nitrogen, 50 kg phosphorus and 120 kg potassium. Therefore, without the use of fertilizers, it is not possible to obtain such a crop with high grain quality. In addition, in the cultivation of winter wheat in the high and intensive technologies simply need using large amounts of fertilizer to compensate for the removal of nutrients. This is especially important when having partial or complete reduction of application of organic fertilizers. Therefore, we consider the possibility and the results of studies using different doses, combinations and types of fertilizers in technology of winter wheat cultivation. Experimental studies were carried out in the conditions of insufficient and unstable moistening of southern zone of Rostov region, on experimental fields of the federal state scientific institution «ASС «Donskoy». For research, we have chosen the most common varieties of winter wheat (Tanais, Granite, Axinite, Terra, Donskoy prostor, Motto) and various combinations and combinations of mineral and organic fertilizers. The experiments were conducted on two predecessors: couples and peas. As the controllable parameters we had the productivity and quality of winter wheat. We have found a positive impact of the in-change of fertilizer on the studied parameters with a share of the variance of 96% and a high degree of correlation of 0,98. The marked increase in the productivity of winter wheat is up to 22% when using different versions of the experiment. We have identified rational combination doses of mineral and organic nutrition for predecessors: peas N40P60K40+2N30 and vapor – manure 40t/ha+2Р60+2N30

DescriptionThe influence of four experimental phage preparations, designed based on non-transducing E. coli bacteriophages on pigs with post-weaning diarrhea studied. The influence of these phages in depending by methods of its applying (per os and intra cutis) on coli-titer and coli-phages titer studied. It is established, that the best survival rate and the clinical condition showed animals treated with the E. coli phage T4-type with lab. number «8» (till 5,52 lg CFU/g at 37-days age) in parallel with an increase in titer of phages (till 5,73 lg CFU/g at 40-days age). Intradermal (intra cutis) method of applying of experimental phage preparations (constructed on basis of phage “6” and phage “8”) showed the some positive effects on correction of negative dynamics of coli-phages titer in control group
