DescriptionThe article describes a software interface with the universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos-X++" ensuring the transformation of character, in particular – the numerical series in a form that is directly perceived by this system. As a result, the system can contain 3 statistical and 7 intellectual models of the series, which highlights the relationship between the characters or numbers in these lines. To reflect the relationships between the characters we used the same private and integral data of the automated system of cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), and in the reflection of reasons-and-effect relationships between events in the real area that has not previously been used in the theory of numbers. The article provides a detailed numerical examples of such studies on the example of the identification of relationships between numbers that represent the decimal digits of the PI number, in the example we use one million digits of the PI number after the decimal point

STABILITY OF STATIONARY CONDITIONS OF KINETICS OF LEYKOPOEZ

DescriptionThe results of the research of stability of the model of neutrophilomonocytegenesis are shown in the article. With the criterion of Routh-Hurwitz it's calculated that the system of the differential equations of cells growing is asymptotically steady. Threshold values of parameters of model at which the system becomes unstable are defined

DescriptionIn this article we have investigated the solutions of Maxwell's equations, Navier-Stokes equations and the Schrödinger associated with the solutions of Einstein's equations for empty space. It is shown that in some cases the geometric instability leading to turbulence on the mechanism of alternating viscosity, which offered by N.N. Yanenko. The mechanism of generation of matter from dark energy due to the geometric turbulence in the Big Bang has been discussed

GRAVITY FIELD IN THE VICINITY OF STARS AND GEOMETRIC TURBULENCE
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article, the solutions of Einstein's equations for empty space, describing the gravitational field near the Sunlike star have been investigated. We have accounted the own field of the star, the motion of the star around the galactic center, the motion of the galaxy relative to the center of the local supercluster and the expansion of the Universe. The resulting gravitational field near the star has a complex structure, which leads to large-scale geometric turbulence linking large and small scales in this problem

A NEW APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF THE STABILITY OF CONCLUSIONS IN THE MATHEMATICAL MODELS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionWe have proposed the general scheme for studying the stability of the conclusions obtained by mathematical methods and models regarding tolerance deviations of the original data and background models. The concrete problems of stability are discussed: towards a change of data, its size and distributions, to allowable transformations measurement scales, to the temporal characteristics (time of start of the project, the planning horizon). Reducing the uncertainty can be conducted by changing the type of data, i.e. with the aid of the transition to non-numerical data. The models of concrete management processes of industrial organizations are considered on the examples of stability characteristics of investment projects to change the discount factors and in models of inventory management to change in the coefficients of the model and batch size production

PROBABILISTIC-STATISTICAL METHODS IN GNEDENKO’S RESEARCHES
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionWe analyze the probabilistic-statistical methods in the researches of Boris Vladimirovich Gnedenko – the academician of Ukrainian Academy of Science, which are very important for the XXI century. We have also discussed the limit theorems of probability theory, mathematical statistics, reliability theory, statistical methods of quality control and queuing theory. We give some information about the main stages of scientific career of B.V. Gnedenko, his views on the history of mathematics and teaching

DescriptionThe work presents the calculation on the basis of magnetic circuits of magnetic field induction in the "water" gaps of the device for activation of water with alternating magnetic field of industrial frequency. We have executed the calculations of magnetic inductance of the coil of the device taking into account the thickness of layers of winding current-carrying wires. This allowed experimentally determining - with reasonable accuracy - the value of the relative permeability of the steel used, housing, necessary for the specified calculation of the device in general

LIMIT THEORY OF NONPARAMETRIC STATISTICS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionWe have studied the asymptotic behavior of a broad class of nonparametric statistics, which includes statistics of omega-square type and Kolmogorov-Smirnov type. Limit theorems have been proved. We have also developed the method of approximation with step functions. With the help of this method we have obtained a number of necessary and sufficient conditions

DescriptionThe drawbacks of the existing ontology languages and problems of their practical application are discussed in this paper. The requirements for the process of ontologies creating are laid down. A simplified method of constructing the ontological domain model on the basis of the original language SXML is proposed
