For this quantitative standard the name is offered: «Generalized coefficient of emergence by R.Hartli» because of likeness of its mathematical shape to the local coefficient of emergence of Hartli, reflecting a degree of difference of system from the variety of its base devices. For local coefficient of emergence of Hartli, the generalization independent of an expedient (algorithm) of formation of subsystems in system is offered. DescriptionThis article reveals a relevant idea of the evolution-al character of modern science. The validity of the unity of nature idea is shown on the concrete cos-mology and physics data. The work unites the con-ceptions of evolution and self-organization. The universe is seen as a dissipative system with period-ically removable elements (elementary dissipative systems). The cooperative evolution presupposes the presence of the circulation between the macro - and micro components of the evolving system as well as the growing complication of the evolution branches. It is stated that the fundamental role in the development of sciences about nature is played by outward factors, i. e. the common cultural back-ground and the cognition development level. At the same time, of a great methodological interest is the disclosure of the internal stimulating motives of development and the interconnection of the devel-opment stages of natural sciences

DescriptionThe model of the turbulent boundary layer over a rough surface is presented. The model is based on the special type of transformation of the Navier-Stokes equation. The turbulent boundary layer in this model is considered as a flow above the rough surface gener-ated by the viscous sublayer (the dynamic roughness effect). DescriptionIn the article we have considered A. N. Kolmogorov and N. V. Smirnov papers dedicated to one-sided and two-sided goodness-of-fit and homogeneity tests. It has been shown that the term "Kolmogorov - Smirnov test" used incorrectly. We have also given the recommendations on use of the terms "Kolmogorov test", "Smirnov test", "test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov type" and discussed omega-square test (Cramer-von Mises–Smirnov test).
