01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article, on a small and evident numerical example, methodological aspects of a process engineering of detection of knowledge from the trial-and-error data explicitly are considered, representation of knowledge and its usage for problem solving of forecasting, decision making and data domain examination in system-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) and its programmatic toolkit - intellectual "Eidos" system are shown

DescriptionIn the article, we have considered the application of a system-cognitive analysis and the Eidos-X++ intellec-tual system to create complex multifactor models of nonlinear control objects on the basis of noisy frag-mented empirical data of large dimension and for the use of these models to solve problems of forecasting, executive decision making and research of the model objects. We have formulated the systematic generalization of the principle of Ashby (for nonlinear systems). The numerical example of a study of an abstract nonlinear system (Lissajous figures), in which the combined effect of multiple factors is the sum of the influences of each of these factors separately, that says about non-compliance of these factors, the principle of superposition and nonlinear effects in the system under consideration. It is shown, that the proposed device and software tools allow us to model such systems. We note, that the proposed device and instrumentation allow to interpret some classification scale, as projected geographical coordinates of the event, and others, like the foreseeable events and their severity, which allows you to get cartographic visualization of recognition of the place and time of events

The article deals with the results of research of acoustic and magnetic field influence on conductivity and pH value of hydroponic solution. For carrying out researches in this area the hypothesis of possibility of nutrient solution influence on ions by means of an acoustic and magnetic field is set up. A laboratory scale plant was constructed for a pilot study of the hypothesis. The solution was moved in the tube passing through a ferrite ring with winding. Thus, the solution was exposed to the influence of acoustic and magnetic field. The object of research was hydroponic solution of (NH4)2SO4; (NH4)2HPO4; K2SO4; Ca(NO3)2; MgSO4 in water having adjusted concentration and acidity. The solution was taken from the tank of laboratory scale plant by means of the pump, passed through the working area of the acoustic and magnetic device, filter, and then was poured into the tank, from which the sample for pH level changing was taken. The pH value was measured at the temperature of 22С by using electronic pH-meter KL-009(1)A. For control of instrument readings acidity was tested by universal test-paper. The initial pH value of solution made 5. As a result of acoustic and magnetic treatment of solution pH value of hydroponic solution increased from 6 to 6.9. The results show the possibility of pH value correction by small energy input

Description
The article briefly describes the essence of manage-ment, stating the goals and structure of the system of personnel management. It considers the essence of the method of functional-cost analysis (FCA) and, as a major gap, we have noted a low level of formalization, which requires the involvement of ex-perts in applying the FSA. It also specifies the difference between the cost and the cost price. We consider the decision of questions of creation of the personnel management system on the FCA basis using the method of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASA-analysis), in particular: the measurement of the severity of socio-economic and psychological proper-ties, metric scales, build intellectual measuring system, the development and application of models, providing both building occupation graphs and their application to measure the degree of compliance of the Respondent with the requirements of professional positions and to the positions including the cost of employment of personnel and resources allocated for staff on posts. The proposed approach can be applied not only at the decision of tasks of human resource management with DAF method, but when you apply the FSA in a variety of subject areas, in particular - the method of direct-Costing

Description
In the article on the real numerical example of pre-owned cars we show the development without programming and application in adaptive mode of realtor rapid assessment methodology for benchmarking assessment (comparative sales) using system-cognitive analysis and Eidos intellectual system. The level of complexity of required works corresponds to the laboratory work on systems of artificial intelligence and knowledge representation

Description
The article compares various hypotheses that explain the mechanisms of the influence of the magnetic field with different characteristics on liquids, physico-chemical and biological systems. Physical effects that cause specific biological activity of water (magnetic treatment of water, production of thawed water, degassing, etc.) make water be metastable or non-equilibrium states. Water attracts the attention of researchers as a likely universal mediator in the transmission of electromagnetic field signals to the biological level. Water is involved in a variety of chemical and metabolic reactions, so the question about the ability to change the properties of water and solutions under the influence of fields of different nature: an electromagnetic field with different frequencies, with different combinations of field orientations (parallel constant and variable magnetic field, slope fields, rotating magnetic fields, magnetic fields close to zero and electric fields) arises. At the heart of existing methods for treating liquids lie methods that use the energy of the acoustic and magnetic fields, as well as complex methods of influencing the electromagnetic field in combination with thermal heating, pressure change, etc. The analysis of existing hypotheses about the mechanisms of the influences of fields of a different nature on the treated liquid makes it possible to put forward a hypothesis about the possibility of the joint influence of the acoustic and magnetic fields on the liquid by means of the acoustic and magnetic device
