The paper discusses economic mechanism of allocation relations in vertically-based integrated agroindustrial formations. The organizing scheme of allocation relations between participants of integrated formation is elaborated. The several scientifically motivated proposals on economic mechanism improving are represented.

Organization questions of intracorporative (intraeconomic) interaction of enterprises-participants of agro holding are considered in the article. Main system constituents of intraeconomic relations in agro holding structures were separated out. Main variants of mutual calculations between participants of agro holding were systematized, main problems of intracorporative distributional relations were identified.
