THE GROWTH POINTS OF STATISTICAL METHODS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionOn the basis of a new paradigm of applied mathematical statistics, data analysis and economic-mathematical methods are identified; we have also discussed five topical areas in which modern applied statistics is developing as well as the other statistical methods, i.e. five "growth points" – nonparametric statistics, robustness, computer-statistical methods, statistics of interval data, statistics of non-numeric data

COMPUTER-STATISTICAL METHODS: STATE AND PROSPECTS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionWe have analyzed the current state of the main computer-statistical methods, identified achievements and existing problems, outlined the prospects of further movement and formulated the problems to be solved. We have also discussed the Monte Carlo methods, pseudo-random numbers, simulation, bootstrap and resampling, the automated system-cognitive analysis. We have considered the applications of computer statistics in controlling and properties of statistical packages as the tools for researchers

PREDICTION METHODS FOR THE ROCKET AND SPACE INDUSTRY
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionWe have allocated the basic sources of uncertainty in various industrial and economic situations. We have also considered the role and the tasks of forecasting in the management of industrial companies, particularly in the rocket and space industry. We have discussed the methods of organizational and economic forecasting - statistical, expert, combined, including foresight and given some suggestions for improving the forecasting and planning mechanisms for practical use when creating space systems

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF A MACHINE AND TRACTOR UNIT WITH EDM IN TRANSMISSION OF A TRACTOR
DescriptionThe developed mathematical model of the machine and tractor unit with the elastically damping mechanism in transmission of a tractor is given in the article. The analysis of mathematical model of the arable unit on the basis of a tractor with EDM in transmission showed that the MTU mathematical model can be considered as working

22.00.00 Sociological sciences
DescriptionThe aim of the study is the single-parent families - this is one of the main socio-demographic types of a modern family. The taken steps in the last decade in the field of family policy did not lead to the formation of a specific social and family policy in relation to this category of families. The article examines the socio-economic wellbeing of families in the Belgorod region on the basis of the research and study of the regulatory framework

ACCURATE FORECAST AS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO REDUCE THE ECONOMIC RISK OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
DescriptionThis article discusses the ways of reducing the financial, economic and social risks on the basis of an accurate prediction. We study the importance of natural time series of winter wheat yield, minimum winter, winter-spring daily temperatures. The feature of the time series of this class is disobeying a normal distribution, there is no visible trend

STUDY OF SEASONAL TREND-PROCESS WITH THE METHOD OF CLASSICAL STATISTICS
DescriptionThis work is devoted to the methods of multicriteria optimization and classical statistics of obtaining pre-estimated information for time series that have long-term memory, which is why their levels do not satisfy the independence property, and therefore the classical prediction methods may be inadequate. The developed methods of obtaining such information are based on classical statistics methods such as mathematical statistics, multicriteria optimization and extreme value theory. The effectiveness of the proposed approach has been demonstrated on the example of specific time series of volumes of mountain rivers
