DIRECTIONS AND MECHANISMS OF REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL POLICY
DescriptionThe article describes problems and reasons of current industry condition in Russia, the Krasnodar region, as well as ways to solve these problems. We showed that human capital is the main capital of the enterprise, which ensures stability and effectiveness of mechanical engineering complex development and preservation. We accomplished the condition analysis of high-technology science-consuming industry and human capital. We also studied the possibility of transfer to non-human technology. The authors described the problems in mechanical engineering complex, possible ways to solve these problems, as well as methods to train and retrain personnel of high qualification

06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents the results of studying the peculiarities of growth and fruiting of trees of sweet cherry with varying density. It is established that the average yield for the years of fruiting does not depend on tree planting schemes, and higher profitability of production is marked with the scheme of 5,0×3,0 5,0×2,5 m

GRAVITATIONAL WAVES AND STATIONARY STATES OF QUANTUM AND CLASSICAL SYSTEMS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this paper, we consider gravitation theory in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation and the Schrodinger equation as well. The solutions of the Einstein equations describing the stationary states of arbitrary quantum and classical systems with central symmetry have been obtained. Thus, it is proved that atoms and atomic nuclei can be represented as standing gravitational waves

ORGANIZATIONAL-ECONOMIC APPROACHS TO ESTIMATE THE FEASIBILITY OF INNOVATIVE-INVESTMENT PROJECTS
DescriptionIn this article we propose a general theoretical model of estimation of the feasibility of an innovation-investment project. For specifying a general model to estimate the feasibility of a project we have highlighted the stages of development of projects in the aerospace industry. Organizational-economic approaches to estimation of the feasibility of projects to create rocket and space technology are presented in terms of algorithms. They take into account the specifics of the space industry, by virtue of which such projects have both innovative and investment components
