01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
In the article we have considered A. N. Kolmogorov and N. V. Smirnov papers dedicated to one-sided and two-sided goodness-of-fit and homogeneity tests. It has been shown that the term "Kolmogorov - Smirnov test" used incorrectly. We have also given the recommendations on use of the terms "Kolmogorov test", "Smirnov test", "test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov type" and discussed omega-square test (Cramer-von Mises–Smirnov test). Typical errors in the application of these criterions have been considered, in particular to test for normality of the distribution of measurement results

APPLICATION OF INFORMATION THEORY AND A.S.C. ANALYSIS FOR EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH IN NUMBER THEORY
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
Is it possible to automate the study of the properties of numbers and their relationship so that the results of this study can be formulated in the form of statements, indicating the specific quantity of information stored in them? To answer this question it is offered to apply the same method that is widely tested and proved in studies of real objects and their relations in various fields to study the properties of numbers in the theory of numbers namely - the automated system-cognitive analysis (A.S.C. analysis), based on information theory

KEY STAGES OF STATISTICAL METHODS DEVELOPMENT
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
The first statistical publication – the Fourth Book of Moses, “Numbers” in the Old Testament. We trace the development of ideas about the statistics until the twentieth century. The present stage of statistical methods began with parametric statistics by Pearson, Student, Fisher. Scientometrics of statistical researches provides an indication of the accumulated results. Nonparametric statistics appeared in the 1930s, applied statistics in our country - at the turn of 1970-80. We have discussed what gives applied statistics to national economy. Also we have told briefly about the history of statistical methods in Russia (until Kolmogorov's time)

GRAVITATIONAL WAVES AND STATIONARY STATES OF QUANTUM AND CLASSICAL SYSTEMS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
In this paper, we consider gravitation theory in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation and the Schrodinger equation as well. The solutions of the Einstein equations describing the stationary states of arbitrary quantum and classical systems with central symmetry have been obtained. Thus, it is proved that atoms and atomic nuclei can be represented as standing gravitational waves

GRAVITATIONAL WAVES AND EMERGENCE PARAMETER OF CLASSICAL AND QUANTUM SYSTEMS
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
Description
It was established that the Fermi-Dirac statistics, Bose-Einstein and Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution can be described by a single equation, which follows from Einstein's equations for systems with central symmetry. Emergence parameter of classical and quantum systems composed by the rays of gravitational waves interacting with gravitational field of the universe has been computed

Einstein’s atom model has been developed, and proved that atoms and atomic nuclei can be represented as standing gravitational waves

SANITARY CONDITION OF TREES IN URBAN PLANTINGS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF VORONEZH)
Description
The article presents a comparative analysis of the sanitary condition of green plantings in park area and street network of trees of local forest origin and exotic species

TRACE ELEMENTS (Co, Mn, B, Cu) IN SOILS AND PLANTS NATURAL TIMES ARE FOOTHILLS OF DAGESTAN
Description
In the article we have determined the content of Co, Mn, B, Cu in typical soils and basic plant species characteristic of the main soil-vegetation belts the provinces foothills of Dagestan. It was found that the content of Co, Mn, B, Cu in soils and plants, and soil fertility, respectively, increased in the system of natural landscape and vegetation belts of investigated province of Dagestan: steppe belt brown soil → dry steppe dark chestnut soils → forest belt of brown forest soils

MULTI-LAYER COMPOST AS AN IMPORTANT SOURCE OF ENRICHMENT OF SOIL NUTRI-ENTS
Description
Multicomponent compost represents a good environment for a significant number of species of living organisms and populations which produce enzymes, vitamins and other active substances. Chemical and physical properties of complicated composts are heterogeneous and polydisperse interim systems, and on the gene pool of living organisms are a rich comprehensive substratum. The heterogeneity of complicated composts of characterized by a very wide range of organisms which using animal waste and isolating of germinating seeds and spores of higher and lower plants

MORPHOLOGICAL AND CYTO-BIOCHEMICAL BASIS OF SHOOT FORMATION OF CEREALS
Description
Process of shoot formation of cereals is associated with the formation of zone shortened internodes, establishes buds certain capacity and completes transition by growth and formation of crop aboveground mass of each individual. Process of shoot formation is divided into three phases - preparatory, hidden and visible tillering, each of which is different peculiar morphological and cytobiochemical development
