USE OF BARLEY OZONIZED GRAIN AND PROBIOTICS FOR INCREASING BIOLOGICAL VALUE OF POULTRY
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents experimental data indicating that for the optimization of biological and food processing meat value at risk of aflatoxicosis in feeding chicken-broilers with barley-wheat and sunflower type one should include hullless barley grain at exposure of ozone of 3.0 hour complex with Bifidumbacterinum probiotics

A METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING DIGESTIVE PROCESSES EXCHANGE BROILER WHILE REDUCING THE RISK AFLATOXICOSIS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionIn the course of the two experiments, it was found that to improve the bio-productive qualities of a broiler chicken grown from rations with a tolerant level of aflatoxin B1, one should incorporate barley grain subjected to ozonation for 3.0 h, and the Hydroxy-Nile preparation calculated of 600 g / ton of feed in the formulation of the diet

USING SORBENTS IN FEEDING FOR INCREASING ENVIRONMENTAL AND FOOD VALUE OF BROILER MEAT
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents the results of two researches and production experiments conducted on broiler chickens grown in the area with high technological background in feed heavy metals and at the risk of aflatoxicosis. Experimental data obtained during the first experiment suggests that in order to optimize biology and agro-food value of meat with excess of heavy metals and the risk of aflatoxicosis it is advisable to grow broiler chickens of the domestic cross-country of "Smena -7" In the barley-wheat-sunflower-type animal feed of broiler chickens of this cross one should include the formulation of a mold inhibitor of methoxy - phenyl. During the second research and production experience for broiler chickens of “Smena-7” cross it has been found that with the joint supplements in animal feed to the high background of heavy metals and aflatoxin B1 preparations of beet pectin and methoxy - phenyl having absorption properties, there is an increase of slaughter and meat qualities. At the same time, the meat of poultry has increased its protein-quality score and decreased the concentration of heavy metals in the meat , which helps to improve consumer properties of poultry products

06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article comprises the results of two research-and-production experiments with meat poultry and pigs grown on local forages including biologically active preparations. The purpose of the research was to study the effect of enzyme preparations Cellolux-F and protosubtilin G3x and probiotic feed additive “Sporotermin” on the intensity of growth, development and metabolic processes, and conversion of rations nutrients into production. The results of the research showed that to improve the physiological and biochemical status and intensity of metabolic processes in the body, and also improving the conversion of feed nutrients into products in composition of chickens and pigs’ mixed feed one should feed the mixture of enzyme preparations Cellolux-F and protosubtilin G3x with probiotic feed additive “Sporotermin”

BIOLOGICAL AND PRODUCTIVE RESOURCES OF LACTATING COWS AT DENITRIFICATION
DescriptionThe article presents the results obtained in the process of two scientific-practical experiments carried jut on two milk cows (Shvitskay breed) aimed at the antioxidants detoxication properties and mould inhibitor revealing. This factor is actual in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania as the intensive technologies of the fodder crops cultivation using the nitrate fertilizers are widely applied in the region leading to the excess nitrates and nitrite penetration into the animals’ organism. During the first experiment, the antioxidants of epophen and vitamin C were added into the ration of the lactating cows with the subtoxic dosage of nitrates both separately and in complex. The complex feeding proved to increase the milk productivity, the fat mass and protein mass in milk while reducing the fodder expenditure per product unit. Beside, the lactating cows revealed the digestive and intermediate exchange betterment and the reduction of nitrates and nitrites level in blood. The second experiment helped to study Khadoks antioxidant and mould inhibitor called Mold-Zap efficiency use for the nitrates and aflotoxicin B1 detoxication. The researches showed that the complex admixtures of the said preparations introduction into the rations of the animals increased the milk productivity, fat and protein content and reduced aflatoxineM1 content. The cows activated the digestive and intermediate exchange, accompanied with the nitrates and nitrites level reduction in the organism
