A COMPUTER MODEL OF THE CONSEQUENCES OF AIR-FUEL MIXTURE EMERGENCY EXPLOSIONS
DescriptionIn this article the basic principles of air-fuel mixture explosions and striking factors, such as air-striking wave, gas streams, splinters, flame heat, light radiation and sharp sounds are observed. The calculation technique of the emergency emission consequences which is for a quantitative estimation of air-striking wave parameters at air-fuel mixture explosions forming in the atmosphere at industrial failures is given. The basic structural elements of calculation algorithm are listed. It is supposed partial depressurization or full destruction of the equipment containing combustible substance in a gaseous or liquid phase, the emission of this substance in the atmosphere, the air-fuel mixture cloud formation, the air-fuel mixture initiation (ignition) and the explosive transformation (deflagration or detonation) in the air-fuel mixture cloud. The technique allows making the approached estimation of air-striking wave various parameters and defining the probable degrees of men defeat and building damage at failures with air-fuel mixture cloud explosions. The given technique is developed in C# language in the integrated environment of software Microsoft VisualStudio 2010 working out. PROGRAM FOR ESTIMATION OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENTS IN CAR SERVICE COMPANIES
DescriptionThe article presents a computer program for estimation of economic efficiency of investments in car service companies. Estimation of economic efficiency of investments is the most important problem on the development stage of creating the project, modernization and development of production, including car service. Car service is one of the most intensive developing sectors of Russian economics due to increasing amount of vehicles, and therefore, it is a significant part of works and services that compose the gross domestic product. At the same time, investments in companies of car service are risky, because wrong prognosis of economic efficiency can lead to unprofitability of the company or inadmissible time of investments payback. For reducing risks of incorrect investing we have designed a special computer program for estimation of economic efficiency of investments in companies of car service. It can determine different efficiency indicators and take into consideration all the different payments and required investments. The results of the program operation are outputting in forms of the informative table and the plot of the really project estimating. SIMULATION OF THE SPRINKLING PROCESS WITH THE MACHINES OF FRONT ACTION WITH SECTOR NOZZLES
DescriptionThe article deals with the methods of mathematical simulation of water distribution processes by the machine of unbroken front moving with deflector nozzles of sector influence. Mathematical simulation using lets choose the optimum labor and money expenditure. The nozzles work under low pressures, it results in power inputs reduction of liquid distribution process about the field along with more regular water distribution. ANALYSIS OF TRANSPORT STRUCTURE OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN SOUTH RUSSIA
DescriptionThe modern state of the territorial road system in South Russia is analyzed in the article. It considers some districts of the Rostov region, the Krasnodar region and the Stavropol region, which have roads with inappropriate technical parameters, and some districts, which don’t have paved roads for transport connection localities. Road service is a function of road construction companies. Numbers of vehicles in companies participating in the technological process of prepare, delivery and asphalting don’t match the amount of work. Therefore, the article analyzes the transport structure of road construction companies in the most problem districts of the Krasnodar region, the Stavropol region and the Rostov region. On basis of data on providing the companies with vehicles and length of roads the closeness of the relationship is defined which is estimated with the correlation coefficient. The road construction company with the best coordination of the delivery power, the number of vehicles for preparation, transportation and asphalting, and the length of roads is identified. The optimal coefficient of providing every hundred kilometers with rolling stock for service is defined as the analysis result

DescriptionThe process of the presowing seed treatment with alternating electromagnet field of the commercial frequency (EMF CF) 50 Hz is economically efficient. The use of the EMF CF 50 Hz in the unit with ring pole pieces allows increasing the germinating energy and power. The electromagnet seed treatment in the units with ring pole pieces is the perspective process of the presowing treatment which does not make unhealthy influence on the operating personnel. At the presowing treatment we have to take into account three factors, they are the arrangement of seeds in the working chamber, the time of treatment and the seed humidity. In this article the authors recommend to promote the unit consisting of a magnetic circuit with ring pole pieces of the rectangular cross-section, a magnetizing coil and an embedding of the non-magnetic material in the working chamber which allows increasing the germinating energy of spring barley by 10% and the germination by 7%. As field experiences have shown the highest seed germination and good crop capacity take place in the work chamber zone with boundaries R1=0,012 m and R2=0,035 m at seed humidity from 12% till 18% and the time of seed treatment is 0,9-2,75 s. The addition to crop capacity has run to 7% as a result of the spring barley treatment

ADJUSTABLE BALLAST RESISTANCE FOR MOTORS WITH SLIP-RING MOTORS IN THE BREAK-STANDS
DescriptionThe article presents an overview of the run-in and testing of internal combustion engines, the analysis of break-brake- stands. We gave recommendations on expediency of the application of asynchronous motors with phase rotor winding on modern stands; we also considered its advantages over asynchronous motor with a short-circuited winding. As an alternative to the modern techniques, we have proposed a scheme of adjustable ballast circuit rotor using PWM modulation current. The process of adjustable ballast resistance and implementation of major break-regimes using the proposed device was also considered in this study
