In clause the problem of an effective utilization of cars in conditions of the motor transportation enterprise is considered. Authors of given clause find ways of rational use of a rolling stock of the motor transportation enterprise. The method of optimization of functioning of the motor transportation enterprise considered in clause is based on principles of the system analysis, namely the theory of sensitivity and a method of the main things a component.
