EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF THE BAND SAW FRAME SAWS AND WOODWORKING MACHINES
DescriptionThe article presents the results of experimental studies of band noise generation and multirip woodworking machines. The studies have shown that saw woodworking group, as well as metal, are general patterns in the formation of the spectral composition that allows to approach the development of practical recommendations to reduce sound pressure levels in the work area to the operators of sanitary norms. Of particular note is the fact that elevated levels of noise generated by the cutting tool. The effect of changes in process parameters, in particular, the depth of cut and feed to levels of noise generated by the tool. For example, increasing the depth of cut in half leads to an increase of sound pressure levels at 5.8 dB (theoretically obtained value is 6 dB), and supplying a halving of the sound pressure levels reduces by 5 dB. High enough for engineering purposes convergence of theoretical and experimental sound pressure levels and the fact that the calculated values above experimental, allows the calculation and design of the system to reduce the noise under consideration in the machine is, only in service but also in their design

INVESTIGATION OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF CUTTING CIRCULAR SAWS
DescriptionThe article presents the results of theoretical studies of noise cutting circular sawing machines. Practical calculation of the noise spectra is based on the determination of the dependency of the sound pressure of the noise sources of the object of study. In the sound system, circular sawing machines sound energy is emitted by the following sources: disc cutter and the mandrel. Therefore, the dominant noise sources should be allocated to the technological subsystem "tool – mandrel” with a bit less rigidity than the carrier system of the machine and directly receives the cutting forces when milling. Thus, it is possible to reduce sound pressure levels in almost two ways: by increasing absorption production facilities and (or) decrease in sound pressure of the noise source. In this work, we have justified the second way – reduction of the intensity of acoustic radiation of the source

ALTERNATIVE PROTEIN SOURCE IN FOOD INDUSTRY
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThis article deals with the problem of producing protein using alternative sources of raw materials, due to the shortage of feed protein and utilization of organic waste. This property makes it possible to return feed protein to farm animals and birds derived from the biomass of insect larvae. The invention relates to agricultural production. The studied problem is relevant for the technology of livestock products (agricultural sciences), which is explained by the global need for proteins and food products. The object of study is several different insects. The article studies the application and significance of some beetles in this field. The study provides a comparative analysis of the Black Linki (Hermetia illucens), House Cricket (Acheta domesticus), Locusts (Locusta migratoria), Flour Castaneum (Tribolium confusum) for a more graphic comparison of the benefit from the application of the above bugs and identify the most unpretentious and best beetle for breeding for food purposes in agricultural production. The work also shows a diagram of the process of development of the larvae of Hermetia illucens. The following research methods were used: observation, collection of scientific and practical information about beetles, study, analysis, processing, systematization of the collected material

Description
Тhe article presents an investigation of hydrodynamic mixer for biodiesel production from vegetable oils hyperacidity in the conditions of agricultural companies. The process of hydrodynamic mixer which mixes the flow of biofuels from jatropha oil with carbon dioxide to wash it. The regularities of disclosing the relationship of the parameters (diameter and length of the mixing chamber), the mode (the pressure and flow rate) from the medium (dynamic viscosity, density, elasticity) to the energy characteristics of the process (mixing power on). Based on the method of similarity and dimensions of physical quantities obtained criterion turbulence. A reduction in the flow pressure and agitation power with increasing diameter. We have justified the mode (pressure at the nozzle exit corresponds to the critical), in which the carbon dioxide gets into the mixing chamber properties of liquids, solutions for biofuels, and the mixture becomes a quasi-homogeneous. Based criteria of regime change from a supersonic flow in the subsonic, allowed us to determine the condition of quasi-homogeneity of the mixture. It is proved that we form a supersonic flow liquid-gas at the same time it is transformed into subsonic, accompanied by the acoustic cavitation effect leap remixing due to isentropic pressure jump. The article justifies the physics of cavitation effects of carbon dioxide on biofuels, result of which is to improve the physical and chemical properties of the medium due to the structuring of the molecules of the solution, which has a positive effect on the mixing

Description
The number of microarthropods in the black soil de-creased with an increase in the number of oil. The same pattern was observed until a certain concentra-tion of lead in soil (von 250 mg / kg), after which high doses (500 and 1000 mg / kg) was recorded an in-crease in the number of microarthropods. Gamasid mites and ticks of akaroid-trombidiform complex have proven more resistant to lead, and armored mites and springtails - to oil, vise versa
