SUNFLOWER HUSKS AS A SOURCE OF FUNCTIONAL FEED ADDITIVES

DescriptionThe article describes the results of the complex feed additive based on sunflower husk, enriched with beer wort with the addition of pumpkin pulp. We have studied the chemical composition of sunflower husk, which is the secondary resource of the processing plant raw material, selected methods of enrichment of this raw material with the help of fungi Trichoderma harzianum. Cellulolytic enzyme preparations on the basis of fungi of the genus Trichoderma for use in agriculture and animal feed production is often obtained when the surface method of cultivation. These drugs are cheap and contain a significant number of related hydrolytic enzymes, 29 such as amylase, protease, pectinase and hemicellulase, which are also important and valuable to the consumer. As a vitamin component of the feed additive we have selected a pumpkin pulp, which is a valuable feed for livestock and poultry is a source of carotene, fat and nitrogenous substances. We have also developed elements of technology for complex feed additive. DescriptionThis article describes the results of laboratory experience on the impact of Ecoss enriched Biogumat on the productivity of radish varieties of Corundum in the conditions of artificial climate of Kuban state agrarian University. Sowing was made on November 24, 2014, in two replications. Processing was carried out by humic preparation with a content of humic substances 4 g/L. Humic substances are a special group of organic compounds, the origin of which is associated with the biochemical processes of decomposition and transformation of plant residues (leaves, roots, branches, trunks), animal remains, protein bodies of microorganisms In their composition we have detected humic acids, fulvic acids, salts of these acids, humates and fulvates and Hominy - durable connection of humic and fulvic acids from soil minerals. We have developed different ways of processing plants of radish humic preparation. BIOHUMATE EFFECTS ON SOIL BIOTA
DescriptionThe article represents the results of the experiment on biohumate «Vermistar» (which was obtained by vermiculturing) and its effects on mycological soil composition. Humic preparations are interesting in the way of detoxication of soil. When humic compounds are active, herbicides and pesticide decompose faster and concentrations of heavy metals are lowered. Adding humic fertilizers affect the physical properties of water-Soil: increases capillary and light soil field capacity (an average of 20-30%) and heavy water permeability, improves the structure and its water stability, reduced soil density. It was noted, that low doses of humic fertilizer contributes to water-stable aggregates, and high - change the ratio of the structural units in favor of agronomically valuable fractions. This, in turn, is accompanied by changes in the humus state, and biological characteristics of the soil. Moreover, increased microbial activity was observed in the first year of application of fertilizers and as an aftereffect. PHARMACODYNAMIC EFFECTS OF APPLICATION OF POLISILAR PREPARATION IN PIG PRODUCTION
DescriptionAn accelerated growth of farm animals in order to obtain maximum productivity is possible due to introduction stimulating additives and preparations based on them into the rations. One of such tools is Polisilar - complex preparation, which includes components that have a positive impact on various aspects of the animal metabolism in the conditions of physiological disorders. At the same time components of the preparation due to its high bioavailability exhibit a potentiating effect in the body that allows getting a more pronounced effect on its use. Studies were conducted on pigs 3-3.5 months age and showed that the Polisilar preparation has a positive effect on the clinical and physiological status of the animals and exhibits a pronounced growth stimulating effect, increasing the weight gain of pigs by 14.3%. In addition use of the preparation in rations of growing pigs has a normalizing effect on red blood and blood forming organs, increasing the number of red blood cells by 18.7%, hemoglobin - by 24.5%. Polisilar stimulates protein, carbohydrate and mineral exchanges, stabilizes the functional activity of the liver, reducing the toxic load on hepatocytes. Therefore, the preparation Polisilar has a pronounced biological and pharmacological activity and can be used in animal husbandry as an effective stimulant

In this study, the authors have defined the acute, subchronic and chronic toxicity of Uritosom preparation, and also its skin-irritating and sensitizing action. The studies that determined the acute toxicity of the drug Uritosom found that remedy which intended for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the genitourinary system with internal method of appointment during the entire observation period did not cause the death and acute toxicity in laboratory animals. In the study of subchronic and chronic toxicity of the drug Uritosom throughout the observation period in both experimental groups death and acute intoxication in animals not registered, also there were no negative phenomena in behavior, reflexes were saved. Consequently, the preparation according to the degree of impact on the body of warm-blooded animals refers to low-hazard substances (4th class of hazard according to GOST 12.1.007-76). Study of the irritant action of Uritosom preparation was carried out in two series of experiments. In the first series of experiments was determined irritating action by conjunctival swab sampling method, in the second - by skin application. The study of the sensitizing action of the drug was determined by the method of maximum sensitizing effects. The authors have found that the preparation has no irritating and sensitizing effect on the tissue in its application zone. On this basis, Uritosom preparation at different ways of application is low-toxic and it can be recommended for clinical research

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS WITH THE NEW DRUG FLORINAZOL
DescriptionIn the article data on spread of chronic endometritises at cows are provided. The microflora range, being in genitals of patients with a chronic endometritis of cows is determined. We have developed a new drug called Florinazol and we also determined his antimicrobic and fungicide activity. Researches on determination of acute and chronic toxicity, and also irritant action on a mucous membrane of a uterus and a vagina are conducted. Researches on studying of influence of Florinazol on blood biochemistry at rabbits are conducted. The optimum therapeutic dose and frequency rate of its introduction is determined. By results of researches it is established that 24,8% of the cows containing on a farm with loose housing content and 10,6% of cows on a farm with fastened content have a chronic endometritis. At the same time in uterus content in 84,3% of cases isolated associations of bacteria and mushrooms in 65,2%, in 34,8% - monocultures of microorganisms. Offered by us means the danger class belongs to substances lowdangerous by the 4th. Doesn't possess irritant action, doesn't exert a negative impact on blood biochemistry, and also has outstanding therapeutic performance of 90% in case of its application in a dose of 100 ml intra-vaginal at an interval of 48 hours

DescriptionThe results of the work experience carried out in the poultry breeding farm of Limited Liability Company «Incubator-poultry plant Pervomaiskaja» on the effect of the multifunctional feed additive «Tetra+» on productivity of males and laying hens in the production of broiler chickens. It is found that males experimental group receiving the feed additive in the diet «Tetra+» have better blood serum biochemical indices in comparison with the control group cockerels. This indicates that the feed additive «Tetra+» shows the properties to improve liver function and decreased intoxication of male manufacturers. It was revealed, that in the experimental group increased divorce figures, while the control group of males producing hatchability is reduced, and the end of observation of this indicator of the trend towards recovery is not evident. It recorded the highest percentage yield of hatching eggs from hens of the experimental group, while the control group showed a tendency to reduce this figure. Thus it may be noted that the use of a multifunctional feed additive "Tetra +" when feeding cocks and hens can improve productivity, reduce bird deaths and to strengthen the protective function of the body of birds

DescriptionIn the article we show the results of studying the influence of Ecoss enriched biogumat on the photosynthetic complex of radish plants. Seed treatment with humate allows plants to form more powerful root system and develop resistance to various diseases, they are less affected root and basal rot. Plants form a large leaf surface. In leaves we have increased chlorophyll content, they remain longer green, more intense and will accumulate in vegetation greater number of assimilant (carbohydrates), and ultimately increase the yield. More intensive work of the leaves apparatus also contributes to the reduction of nitrates in the production, which is especially important when growing vegetables, melons and potatoes. Humates have a positive impact on yields on soils of different fertility and the different value of the yield. This not only increases the yield of 3 - 5 kg/ha, but also increases the gluten content in grain of winter wheat by 3 - 4%. The application of humates has a high adaptability. Their use can be combined with seed treatment pesticides, spraying crops with pesticides, mineral fertilizers. Therefore, humates are widely spread not only in Russia but all over the world.
