  The particularities of water-supply are considered in article from freezing rivers in regions of spreading the eternally frozen soils (termofrost) of North of Russia. It is brought condition of formation and strategy of determination of parameters melting water receiving sorts – well know as taliks – under riverbeds of rivers. It is offered designs of intake buildings and arrangements on regulation of under riverbed water with protection them from excessive congelation
