Description
The article presents data on the growth of an assimilation apparatus of Scots pine, silver birch and pedunculate oak in the conditions of the Lipetsk industrial center. It is established that the growth dynamics of annual and biennial needles of Scots pine under pollution is higher compared to the control, while absolute values of length and mass of needles less. Starting from the second year, in the conditions of contamination noted stunted pine needle growth, which increases by the third year. It is shown that the linear dimensions of the lamina of birch in the conditions of pollution are not changing much compared to the control, whereas the linear dimensions of the lamina of pedunculate oak in the conditions of pollution is less than the control

THE EFFECT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON SOIL PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTY CHANGE
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionSoil profiles were made in intensive apple orchard in the agricultural enterprises in Lipetsk and Tambov regions in 2015. Drip irrigation in year rates of 500-550 m3 was carried out since 2010. During the research we determined the soil density, the solid phase density, aggregate composition, particle size distribution, the content of hydrolyzable nitrogen and humus by conventional methods. As a result of drip irrigation can increase dust-like fraction in dark gray forest soil, whereas in chernozems this index did not change significantly. In the black earth soil was noted the process of increasing the proportion of mud fraction due to mineral part chernozem destruction. In both soil types was increased sand content. It was found that drip irrigation improves some of the soil water-physical properties, such as a soil structure coefficient and the content of agronomical valuable aggregates in a layer of 20-40 cm. There was also noted that with increasing soil depth was reduced humus and hydrolyzable nitrogen content. In aggregate analysis, it was found that dark-gray forest soil the amount of water-stable aggregates increased, while meadow chernozem leached soil decreased. Data of the aggregate analysis revealed that in the dark-gray forest soil the amount of water-stable aggregates increased as a result of drip irrigation, while in meadow chernozem leached soil decreased. It recommends by drip irrigation application permanent monitoring of the soil humus content

RESTORATION OF WORN DETAILS OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY WITH GALVANIC COATINGS
DescriptionWe have conducted experimental and analytical studies showing the relationship of constant and pulse forms of current sedimentation on the physicochemical properties of chrome coatings: adhesion strength to the substrate, residual stress, fatigue life, elongation and contraction, yield stress, and endurance. We have shown the methods and modes of use of dilute electrolyte of chromium plating with organic additives, is capable of applying a chrome coating on parts of agricultural machines, surpassing the properties of the coatings obtained from electrolytes that are recommended by the GOST standards. The proposed hardening chemical-thermal coating technology for chromium in the manufacture and repairing of worn parts of agricultural machinery (rods of hydraulic cylinders, journals of crankshafts, spools, parts, gearboxes and transmissions, etc.), identifies the consumption of additives modifiers, proposed methods for their determination, confirmed by patents for inventions. The proposed technology of worn-out surfaces of parts of agricultural machinery of layer-block structure of the chromium coatings with improved properties. The influence of modifying organic additives on the structure of the intermediate surface film of colloidal trivalent chromium compounds, which in combination with the parameters of the bipolar pulse current allows you to specifically adjust the physical and mechanical properties of crystals of the deposited chromium layer with a grid of cracks, and without them for the required operating conditions of dry friction or oil environments, which increases the durability of the parts during use. The increase in yield, at the current 6-8 %, to 4 times reduces the degree of hydrogenation of the restored details, up to 3 times reduces internal friction, roughness, improves the limits of strength, toughness, elongation and contraction, increases corrosion resistance up to 3 times, obtained chromium coatings
