DescriptionThe content of ascorbic acid (AA) and glutathione (GSH) in spring barley seed of four varieties depends upon hydro-temperature environment (HTE) in different way. The genotype and HTE have equal input on AA content (35 and 34,8 %), and GSH content depends mainly upon “genotype-HTE” interaction (67,6 %).
