The researches have been conducted for the optimization of culture medium for unique genotipes of Populus tremula L. in vitro. It was found that for induction of proliferation of the arms of Populus tremula in vitro one should use MS culture medium with 0,1 ml / l IBA and 0,1 or 0,5 ml / l BAP. For stimulation of rhizogenesis MS culture medium with 0,3 ml / l IBA should be used

DescriptionThe dependence of the grass cover state of the golf courses from the soil properties was observed. The soils named “replantozem” are the basic soil of gaming zone of "fairway". It is shown, that the heavy particle size structure with a predominance of clay particles is unfavorable to the lawn. During the golf course construction, natural soils were ameliorated with high sand content. This new made soils ensure the formation of better grass coverage despite the low humus content

The article describes the structure of microbial communities in urban soils of Rostov-on-Don. The difference in numbers of bacteria of main trophic groups between the central part and the suburbs of Rostov-on-Don has been analyzed. The comparison with control soil with minimal anthropogenic impact has been performed. The indices of mineralization, oligotrophy, oligonitrophylic and pedotrophic quotients have been calculated
