DescriptionIn the article, there were shown the experimental researches describing the influence of parameters of electrical ozonization of the premises of egg storehouse at concentration of ozone in 20 mg/m3 on survival of following stimulants: S. aureus, S. choleraesuis, P. vulgaris, E. coli. There was determined that ozone has an ability to detain the growth of fungi on biological substrates as well as it slows down the process of mould appearance on egg shell surface even at 90% of relative moisture. The aim of scientific experiment is obtaining of regression models of influence of parameters of electrical ozonization on main sanitary-model microorganisms contaminating the shell of incubation eggs. To assess the effectiveness of ozonization there was adopted the parameter of survival for four main pathogenic microbiological test-objects which predominate on egg shells. The correlation and regression analysis of factors and determination of value of equation coefficients there were conducted using the program STATISTICA 6.1. The correlation analysis was made by the method of Pierson. Approximation was obtained by the method of polynomial. On the results of researches there was determined that the least survival of present test-bacteria at concentration of ozone in 20 mg/m3 is achieved at exposition 84 minutes. So, the rational time the electrical technological process of ozonization of egg storehouse of poultry factories presents the sum of obtained exposition and time of regulation

CHARACTERISTIC OF COMPLEX FEED ADDITIVES FOR CATTLE CONTAINING PROBIOTIC MICROFLORA
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThe article provides an overview of domestic and foreign patent information on existing recipes and methods for producing complex feed additives containing probiotic microflora for cattle. Introduction of probiotic cultures of microorganisms to feed additives, along with biologically active substances, allows us to influence the processes of microbiocenosis of the intestines of animals, and, therefore, digestibility and digestibility of feed, which, in turn, leads to an increase in animal productivity. In addition, probiotic cultures contribute to the biodegradation of mycotoxins, which helps prevent mycotoxicity of animals. The most popular in modern livestock breeding are complex feed additives with broad-spectrum probiotic preparations, performing various biological functions

DescriptionThis article is devoted to the study of the species structure of helminths of the American mink, raccoon and wolf, conducted from 2006 to 2017. The study was subjected to 69 corpses of American mink - 30 of reed-bed, 22 flat, 17 of the Piedmont; 42 dead raccoon to 21 of the foothill and mountain; 24 corpse of the wolf - 8 from overflow land, foothill and mountain landscape-geographical zones of the Northwest Caucasus. The analysis of the results of the study showed that the determining factor in the formation of helminthocenoses of American mink, raccoon and wolf is the species structure of trophic-epizootic chains, the links of which are these predators, as well as species that act as intermediate, additional and reservoir hosts. Feature of helminthiases in carnivorous mammals is determined by a group of fodder. A dynamic increase in the number of species in the structure of helminthocenoses of American mink, raccoon and wolf was established, which is due to the anthropogenic transformation of natural ecosystems, violation of historical biotic relationships, including in the "parasite-host" system. The analyzed species of wild carnivores are involved in the support and formation of natural foci of such hazardous parasites as metros, Alaris, pseudamphistomum, mesocestoides, echinococcosis, trichinosis, dirofilariosis

DescriptionThis work is a continuation of the author's series of works on cognitive veterinary medicine. The present period is characterized by the appearance of huge volumes of texts in different languages in the open access, generated by people. Currently, these texts are accumulated in various electronic libraries and bibliographic databases (WoS, Scopus, RSCI, etc.), as well as on the Internet on various sites. All these texts have specific authors, dates and can belong simultaneously to many non-alternative categories and genres, in particular: educational; scientific; artistic; political; news; chats; forums and many others. The solution of the generalized problem of attribution of texts is of great scientific and practical interest, i.e. studying these texts, which would reveal their probable authors, date of creation, the ownership of these texts to the above generalized categories or genres, and might evaluate the similarities - differences of authors and texts according to their content, highlight key words etc. To solve all these problems it seems necessary to form the generalized linguistic images of texts into groups (classes), i.e. to form semantic kernels of classes. A special case of this problem is the creation of the semantic kernel in various scientific specialties of the HAC of the Russian Federation and the automatic classification of scientific texts in the areas of science. Traditionally, this task is solved by dissertation councils, i.e. experts, on the basis of expert assessments, i.e. in an informal way, on the basis of experience, intuition and professional competence. However, the traditional approach has a number of serious drawbacks that impose significant limitations on the quality and volume of analysis. Currently, there are all grounds to consider these restrictions as unacceptable, because they can be overcome. Thus, there is a problem, the solutions of which are the subject of consideration in this article. Therefore, the efforts of researchers and developers to overcome them are relevant. Therefore, the aim of the work is to develop an automated technology (method and tools), as well as methods of their application for the formation of the semantic core of veterinary medicine by automated system-cognitive analysis of passports of scientific specialties of the HAC of the Russian Federation and automatic classification of texts in the areas of science. A detailed numerical example of solving the problem on real data has been given as well

COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF DI-AGNOSTIC LABORATORY TESTS FOR THE VIRUS PERITONITIS OF CATS
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThis article is devoted to the study of various laboratory tests for the diagnosis of viral peritonitis of cats, conducted in 2014-2018. The study was subjected to 278 cats of both sexes, different breeds and mongrel, of different ages, which were taken to the veterinary clinic «Vita» and the veterinary clinic «Noah's Ark» in Krasnodar. Analysis of the results showed that in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of viral peritonitis of cats, the most resultant is a combination of studies of Globulin in serum and a test for antibodies to coronavirus, or a solid enzyme immunoassay (tIFA) on IgG to coronavirus. In addition to clinical symptoms, routine laboratory studies, instrumental studies for the diagnosis of viral cat peritonitis, it is necessary to use additional research methods, although many of them have a number of shortcomings in sensitivity and specificity

COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF CANNED AND NATURAL FOOD IN THE DIET OF PREGNANT AND LACTATING DOGS
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionThe article provides evidence of the high social value of dogs as the most common among pets. We present the results of determining the main causes of illness in dogs and the role of nutrition in the formation of this indicator: the share of diseases of the digestive system and various metabolic diseases accounted for more than 70 % of the total of substantiated cases to the clinic. We have estimated chemical composition of feed premium, industrial production, assessed according to the standards of the National research Council (NRC) for dogs of small breeds in the period of pregnancy and nursing puppies. We have established the feed requirements of pregnant and lactating bitches (Yorkshire Terrier) for key nutrients and bioactive substances. Recipe is made up and we manufactured food standards NRC from natural ingredients; conducted a scientific experiment to assess the impact of both feed on milk productivity indices of mothers and indicators of growing puppies (body weight at birth, weight gain). We have convincingly demonstrated the advantage of using natural food as from a physiological and economic perspective, as it is accompanied by a marked reduction in the cost of the dog and of the cost of the puppies

DescriptionThe article is devoted to the method of selecting quails. Intensive development of re-fishing requires the development of breeding methods for selecting birds and to carry out early predictions of egg production. Targeted breeding selection is able to influence the mechanisms of correlation dependencies between individual parts of the animal's organism, significantly change even firmly established interrelations, and create new interactions more satisfying the needs of the individual. The research task consisted of establishing links between the parameters of the skeleton and the productive qualities of the layers. The studies were conducted on Texas white quails. We took into account the live weight of the bird, the length of the metatarsal and the third finger, as well as the small and large diameters of the metatarsal. Correlations were established between the length of the pelvic limbs and the live weight of young quails during growth. It is established that the growth of the skeleton ends with the age of onset of puberty. This provides a basis for predicting the live weight, depending on the length of the pelvic extremities. It is established that the live mass is directly related to the egg productivity of quails. Thus, by selecting the birds with the longest plus, it makes it possible for 25 weeks of productivity to increase the egg laying on the initial layer by 5,7 eggs and 6,2 eggs per average laying hen, respectively

MODERN ASPECTS OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF DIABETES INSIPIDUS IN DOGS
06.02.00 Veterinary and Husbandry
DescriptionDiabetes Insipidus is found in dogs and rarely in cats. The study of this disease is a hot topic today, as it is challenging for the veterinarian in the diagnosis of its patients. You must take into consideration and study of such diseases, as it is important to of differential them from other diseases. Special attention the doctor pays to the etiology, diagnosis, and most importantly, treatment. It is also important to inform pet owners about the timely prevention of this disease. It has several mechanisms of development, and this will depend on the treatment process of the patient. The development of the disease directly depends on the speed of "fading" of kidney function and how soon the animal will be helped. Completely cure pet yet possible, but therapy can support the required amount of hormone in the body, and the physical condition of the animal is normal. Diabetes Insipidus is a serious condition that requires proper attention. In the final stages of your pet there is shortness of breath, frequency of seizures increases. The animal begins to refuse food, the skin becomes dry, appear constipation and incontinence. If the animal will not be treated, then it can live for about one to two years, and then die from exhaustion, perhaps a pet will fall into a coma. Therefore, the veterinarian must correctly explain to the pet owners than to end their inaction, as well as to prepare them for the fact that the pet will constantly be required drugs
