Description
As for beneficial fauna, the most number of parasitic hymenoptera is noticed in organic orchards. The least quantity of parasitic hymenoptera can be met in conventional orchards. The characteristic feature of arthropods in conventional orchards in 2008 was the frequent occurrence and rather big number of acariphages (ladybirds of Stethorus family). The occurrence of the considerable quantity of predatory bug Campilomma and the bugs of Orius family was registered. All the enumerated species attack phytophagous mites. With the assumption of phytophagous mites population increase in organic orchards, the increase in Stetorus specimen was registered. Acariphages in ecological orchards occurred rarely. So we can suggest that predacious insect species – Stetorus, Campilomma, Orius –can serve as a certain indicator showing one or another population density of phytophagous mites in apple-tree orchards.

SEARCHING WAYS OF ECOLOGICAL FRUIT PLANTS PROTECTION IN ORGANIC GARDEN
DescriptionThe Codling moth monitoring, conducted with the help of injured fruits count and mail moths capture (with pheromone traps), is given in the article. We consider that pheromone traps reliably register the beginning of the Codling moth large flight (of each generation) at high temperature and little precipitation. The pheromone traps efficiency decreases at rather low temperature and showers. In organic and ecological orchards low density populations of injurious mites are under control of their natural enemies.

CLONE SELECTION – THE MODERN BASE FOR RAISING GRAPE PRODUCTION
DescriptionThe clone selection has very outstanding position behind the actual problems of modern viticulture in the world and in our country. This problem usually has the primary importance behind the scientist who works with grape in all the countries such as USA, German, French, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldavia, Ukraine and etc. In our country last years some positions becomes solving in the plane of scientific research work. Consequently, in the article the history and the situation of clone selection of grape on the Eurasian continent is widely covered.

Description
In the article it is offered to count the spatial sign with provision for mosaic-tiered structure of wood when estimating rising trees. It is noted that the diameter of stems has mediated (indirect) relationship with average distance to the nearest tree

Description
On the basis of the analysis of documentary data of Open Company «Tuimsky factory of nonferrous metals processing», the degree of the conformity of spent actions to requirements of preservation of the environment is established

Description
On the basis of the analysis of morphological indicators of wood cultures of a linden it was recommended to start caring cuts of cultures (the combined method) with removal from low ranks of trees in diameter at height of a breast to 8 sm and from high ranks of 4 trees (24 sm). Intensity of cuts - 35 % from the general number of trunks and 15 % on weight

Description
The article has covered the influence of the com-bined fungicide rex duo, suspension concentrate (310+87 g/l) on the population structure of wheat brown rust pathogen in the North Caucasus. The comparative assessment of effect of single-component preparations from different classes on the pathogen population was performed out

Description
Puccinia triticina isolates from North Caucasus and Leningrad region were compared in regard to the genetic structure, phenotypic composition as well as frequency of occurrence of RAPD-phenotypes and polymorphous major fragments with the help of Rogers index. Did not demonstrate any significant differences according to their genetic structure and occurrence of major fragments of DNA-polymorphism. The difference of isolates from given regions was determined with high degree of confidence according to the phenotypes of virulence and RAPD-phenotypes

DETECTION OF SEROTYPE SPECIFICITY OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS NON-HAEMADSORBING STRAINS
DescriptionGamma irradiation-inactivated cultural preparations (-IP) of African swine fever (ASF) non-haemadsorbing strains acquire a potential for haemadsorption induction in porcine bone marrow culture (PBMC). We have obtained some experimental data indicating that a modification of haemadsorption inhibition assay (HIA) which is an assay aimed at “removal” of γ -IP-induced haemadsorption may be used in research works to determine serospecificity rates of ASF virus non-haemadsorbing isolates

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER
DescriptionSome optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found
