APPROACH TO THE DESIGN OF SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC MANAGEMENT OF WORKING ORGANS OF PREPARATION-FILLET EQUIPMENT (PART I. MODELING OF NUMERICAL AUTOMATIC DRIVE)Description
Approach to the design of system of automatic management of working organs of mechanotronic preparation-fillet equipment on the base of numerical automatic drive is considered in the article. Generalized structural scheme of management system by numerical automatic drive on the base of electromechanical stepping rotary indexing table is casted. Approximate model of numerical automatic drive was considered and impulse transition characteristics with different coefficients of PD-tuning controls were casted.
Principles of the building of automation system for module fish-processing equipment on base of technical vision are considered. The approach to development of mathematical description of technological process of filleting in the manner of functional graf, cite an instance mathematical models: graf of operations, finite automata, algorithm of management.

MODELING OF THE ALGORITHM OF ADAPTATION PROCESS OF FISH FILLETING TO CHARACTERISTICS OF FISH RAWDescription
The urgency of models and algorithms of adaptive control of fish filleting process researches has been shown. The structure of adaptive automatic management system of filleting equipment, including estimator in the form of consequent statistical analyzer and adaptator as a linear tactic automaton, is offered. The lite recurrent model of adaptation algorithm for statistical tests by Monte-Carlo method and results of modeling is offered, modeling results were stated.

Calculation methods for determination of parameters of ball-helical and rack-and-gear transmission are casted. Structure of laboratory installation, intended for research of dynamic characteristics of stepping drives was considered. Scheme of stepping drive management with the use of programming logical controller, microcontroller and bridge driver is casted.
