ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES FOR DEFINITION OF PARAMETERS MEASURES OF AN ELECTRO-ACTIVATOR
DescriptionThe article presents an engineering method for defining electro-activator parameters. We have developed an engineering method for calculating an electro-activator with improved performance that can reduce the complexity of the design calculations and include a critical mode of the electro-activator at which the process leads to passivation. We have proposed an automated management scheme based on electro-activator functional and electrical schematics. One of the benefits of the resulting model of calculations of an electro-activator is to identify a possibility of automating the process of managing and stable operation. The current in the electro-activator can be adjusted depending on performance. Automatic maintenance of performance and capacity control for the benefit of the cameras is possible, giving an automatic valve with an analog controller. When the temperature rises above or current exceeds the desired value, we can face signaling and a complete shutdown of the installation. The use of temperature sensors, pH, conductivity and flow can be implemented, as well as centralized information collection and development of the control algorithm. Monitoring and maintenance of an electro-activator can be fully automated with the equipment of industrial automation. Also, on the basis of the proposed engineering method for calculating, it is possible to develop a software product. That will allow designing computer simulation when planning an electro-activator

INCREASING OF THE DEGREE OF BEE COLONIES DEVELOPMENT BY THE APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES
DescriptionThe equation describing the whole combination of actions with bees in hives during spring development is obtained. The formula for coefficient of degree of bee colony development during exact period is obtained. The whole combination of electrical technological actions let to increase the bee colony spring development by two times. The counting of the bee keeping labor profitability for the case of application of electrical technologies during winter and spring is carried out. Application of electrical technologies increases the profitability of honey production by two times. The competitiveness of honey bee products could be increased by the way of application of the meanings of efficient electrical technologies targeted onto increasing of honey productivity of bees, increasing of eco-purity of sanitary actions and decreasing of labor content of main technological actions. Using these calculations, you can create an automated climate control system in the hive. To do this, you must also take control laws and apply the appropriate sensors, microcontrollers and executive bodies. All of this will go to the next - higher level of profitability of beekeeping that rose-sieves produced pro-competitive products. To automate the most labor-intensive processes of beekeeping. These processes are pumping honey and labor costs beekeepers to carry out veterinary and sanitary measures

INNOVATIVE APPROACH TOWARDS EDUCATION QUALITY ASSESSMENT AT HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
DescriptionOne of contemporary challenge at the educational system is a need to develop new methods and approaches enhancing quality of graduates. Transformations in our country towards market economy make us to compete with own products not only at the level of enterprises, but educational institutions as well. The article shows that the elements of the Theory of Automation are applicable to the quality analysis of the accomplishment of graduates. Issuing of latest regulation documents also supports this hypothesis and encourages the further development of mentioned methodology. In the article, special attention is paid to the funds of assessment tools because of their quality depends on the adequacy and accuracy of the information received further action of the education system. It is also shown that it is necessary to create a situation in which the student can demonstrate skills obtained, which can manifest itself not only in the classroom. Individual competence may appear in extracurricular activities, and evaluate their means can not only leading teachers, and supervisors in the dormitories, responsible for educational work, SRWS leaders, heads of educational and industrial practices, etc. The article describes the method of calculating the total level of formation of competence

APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENHANCING OF IN-HEAVE MICROCLIMATE
DescriptionOne of the integrative indicators of over-all performance estimation is profitability of the production. It is possible to increase competitiveness of beekeeping production as well as national food security via implementation of efficient electrical technologies. Enhancing of microclimate parameters in hives allows us to enhance the intensity of spring development of bees. The counting of integrate heat losses in heaves with ozone treatment and without the one was carried out. Using the obtained results and graphs we can develop the automation system for in-heave microclimate control. The article presents the graphs of heat losses in a beehive on the outdoor temperature and relative humidity, which were obtained experimental. It is proved that when the outdoor temperature from -15 to 8 ° C and the change in ambient air humidity of 60 to 100% heat loss beehive decrease from 4-5 W to 0.2-0.4 W. It is concluded that treatment of bees by ozone, while reducing the concentration of pathogenic microorganisms, will reduce the energy loss by reducing the air exchange, i.e. improve conditions for the development of the bee colony

Description
The main indicators of efficiency of a cultivation machine are the following: productiveness and fuel consumption, which depend on complexity of work, operating depth and structure of the machine (type of the tractor and plough). The optimal structure of cultivation aggregate for the needs of each exact farm is complicated to do due to different determined and stochastic factors. In this case, Monte Carlo imitation modeling is proposed to use. As a result of models’ analysis, it is defined that all aggregates could be divided onto 4 groups of efficiency. Curves demonstrating dependence of fuel costs, compensation of losses caused by breakdown of agricultural terms and soil compaction caused by quantity of aggregates are built. After integration of the whole amount of aggregates into a common traditional technology of cultivation and after selection of its characteristics (quantity of aggregates, general fuel costs and losses costs, including fuel costs) it was proposed to split it onto 3 category modes: hard (according to technological mode – 2 or 5 shifts), normal (4-10 shifts), mild (6-15 shifts). The obtained models can be successfully applied in software of on-board computers in tractors and PCs of the engineers as well. Dynamical models for other technological processes in plant breeding could be obtained in the same way. All developed models allow us to make one more step towards precision farming and reduce costs for manufacture of end products

IMITATION MODELING WHEN ANALYSING THE EFFICIENCY OF AGGREGATES FOR TILLAGE
DescriptionThe choice of the most optimal composition of aggregates for tillage for work in a certain economy is very difficult from many determined and casual factors. In connection with what, it is suggested to conduct researches with the use of quantificational and quantifier algebra logic. Also we need minimum influences on ecology, being characterized as a predicate of "minimum of expenses on indemnification of erosive losses of soil". For the agricultural technique of Russia, countries of the CIS and distant foreignness with the well-known norms of making (by the productivity) and expense of fuel imitation modeling is applied, on the method of Monte Carlo (Monte - Carlo Simulation), allowing to build a mathematical model for prognostication of necessary amount of aggregates at different normative agroterms with corresponding damages

THE RELIABILITY OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMICAL LOSSES IN AGRICULTURE
DescriptionThe reliability of work of the technical systems significantly influences the technological losses of manufacture process. During the counting the availability ratio of the technical system it is recommended to take into the consideration implicit as well as evident breakdowns of all separate components of the whole object. There is a formula for counting technological losses depending on the availability ratio of technical object. Similar formulas for counting losses proceeding of atmosphere and water resources pollution, pollution of soils with hard matters are obtained. Introduced identities bring together reliability of the technical systems and separate components of ecological losses
