60 YEARS IN THE RANKS: FEATURES OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGY OF BEZOSTAYA 1 WINTER WHEAT VARIETY
Description
This review is devoted to the 60 anniversary of the winter wheat variety (Triticum aestivum L.) Bezostaya 1 – a masterpiece of world selection. This variety played a great role in increasing total grain yields in the Kuban Region. It also was an important gene source for Russian and world breeding. This variety has initiated and was for many years a party to research molecular biological mechanisms of wheat frost resistance formation. The article summarizes data about the peculiarities of functioning of protein-synthesizing system it sprouts (coleoptilies) under the influence of hardening temperature (4oC): translational activity in vitro, poliribosomts, degree of polyadenilation and stability of total mRNA and specific mRNA translational elongation factor α subunit 1 (eEF-1 α). The in vitro (ommp) system, which adequately characterizes the relative mRNA stability in vivo was used for these measurements. The effects of cooling and light on mRNA stability were shown to be cultivar-specific. The hardiness of winter wheat has a positive relationship with the amount of RNA and DNA, and a negative correlation with the amount of magnesium cations in mature grain that can serve as a simple marker of frost resistance. The main feature of the variety Bezostaya 1 is high content of magnesium ions (Mg++) in RNA molecules and relatively low variation of Mg++-depending molecularphysiological responses for different environmental conditions. The knowledge gained in the study of variety of Bezostaya 1 contributes to the understanding of molecular biological processes that underlie the selection and determining its future success

ABC & XYZ – ANALYSIS OF ASSORTMENT OF ENTERPRISES OF BAKERY INDUSTRIES OF CONSUMER COOPERATIVES
Description
To develop detailed and effective business model of bakery enterprises of consumer cooperation it is necessary to have knowledge on strategic goods displayed on a busy segment of the market, not only in volumetric terms, but in the parameters that characterize the stability of sales or consumption. The particular relevance of this study reveals in modern conditions of functioning. The outcome of the baking enterprises of consumer cooperatives is more than 760 tons per day, distributed between 41 baking enterprise producing more than 300 kinds of products. Of course, the information on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the strategic positions of the range will be a key in making managerial decisions about the production of the program, resourcing, turnover, etc. To solve the problem we have chosen the method of ABC - and XYZ-analysis of assortment of production, based on the criteria of ease of use and breadth of the resulting information. As a result of the application of the methods of ABC and XYZ-analysis and combining the obtained results, we present a classification of the range of the baking enterprises of consumer cooperation product based on the criteria of the contribution of commodity positions in revenue and stability of sales

APOLLON – THE NEW WINE HIGH QUALITY GRAPE VARIETY WITH BLACK BERRY

Universal black-berry Apollo grape has been launched in Greece by P.Zamanidi, L.Troshin and A.Isachkin in 2003 with combinative selection - crossing of the Fi-lery Greek variety with the French Cabernet-Sauvignon. The duration of the production period 136-145 days. The strength of growth of arms is strong (2,1-3,0 m), the degree of maturation of the vines is high. Crop yields are very high - 35-40 t/ha. The aver-age mass of clusters is 430 g. It is characterized by high winter hardiness, drought-resistance and high resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varie-ties of Vitis vinifera. The flower is bisexual. Cluster is big or very big, conical with the wing, loose. Berries are medium or large, oval, blue-black in color, with a thick wax coating. The skin is thick. The pulp and juice - with varietal flavor. Sugar content is high. Notable for long saving the harvest in the bushes, well-kept in the cooler cells. The variety is meant for the fresh consumption and for manufacture of red dry, desert and sweet wines; suitable for production of high-quality juices

IT SABOTAGE IN THE CORPORATE SPHERE

Nine out of ten acts of sabotage are committed by people one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. Reading more will allow understanding the problem with a couple of examples from the life that most powerfully illustrate typical traits of professionals in the information environment. And, although the first teller did not hide his name, the second one decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or colleagues, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, not only the attacker knows the information about the upcoming sabotage. Analysts estimate that other people know 31% of information about the plans of a saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% with friends 14% — family members and another 14% were accomplices. RETROSPECTIVE VIEW OF DEPRECIATION AS AN ECONOMIC CATEGORY

Depreciation is the many-sided complex concept affecting many aspects of activity of business structures. The correct calculation of depreciation is necessary for obtaining full and objective information on reproduction process in the organization. With more detailed consideration of a question of charge of depreciation in developed with - temporary conditions, it is necessary to consider development of depreciation in the context of development of national schools of accounting. In this article, historical aspects of development of depreciation are investigated. The retrospective of concept and methods of charge of depreciation is represented, beginning from the XIV century worldwide. Various points of view on methods of charge of depreciation of such scientists, as V. Armuzzi, Zh.G. Kursel-Senel, Ya.V. Sokolov, Zh.B. Dyumarshe, D. S. Lewis, O. Shmalenbakh, A.P. Rudanovsky, A.K. Roshchakhovsky, etc. are considered. It is specified that the concept of depreciation was known to accountants of early Christian Rome. Gradually there was a change of approach to interpretation of the concept "depreciation". Within the French school allocated concept of broad and narrow depreciation, two options of a covering of depreciation expenses were offered, research of influence of fiscal policy on depreciation was conducted. The German school connected charge of depreciation with depreciation of property and need of formation of a sinking fund. Within maneuvers of Anglo-American school considered that depreciation has to be charged at the expense of profit in the sum only approximately equal to wear. Within domestic scientific thought, two main schools adhering to various opinions were allocated. For elaboration of uniform approach during the Soviet period in accounting there were accounts "Sinking fund", "Depreciation of fixed assets" that allowed to track a special-purpose character of use of a sinking fund. SWOT ANALYSIS OF BAKERY INDUSTRY OF CONSUMER COOPERATION OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

In the article, we perform an analysis of socioeconomic activities of consumer cooperation of the Krasnodar region. The result was determined by actual range of problems of development of the existing system. One of the key sectors of activity of consumer cooperation is the bakery, where today there is an unstable situation. Interviewing the managers and employees of the Regional Union of Consumer Societies of Krasnodar, enterprises of the bakery of the system allowed us to determine that the main reason for this situation is a poorly developed strategy of development. To develop recommendations for strategic development of the baking industry of consumer cooperatives we have conducted a SWOTanalysis based on identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, assessment of potential opportunities and threats and structuring strengths and weaknesses. Quantitative evaluation of factors in the matrix of SWOT-analysis experts were conducted by involving practitioners and scientists in related fields. The processing of research results was carried out with the use of the instrumental medium called "extended SWOT matrix 1.0". As a result, the research has conclusions and gives recommendations for the use of the strengths of enterprises to overcome the possible threats, use the opportunities to strengthen weaknesses. The proposed creation of a single logistics system that will have a positive impact on the consolidation and expansion of assortment and the range of services provided, improve the product, change advertising technologies, build your brand, will allow us to enter new markets, increase production volumes of enterprises of bakery industries of system of consumer cooperation of the Krasnodar region
