«SYMPHONY» OF THE AUTHORITIES IN BYZANTIUM, AND IN RUSSIA AS THE SUCCESSOR OF THE BYZANTINE EMPIRE
DescriptionThe article discusses the "Symphony of authorities" in Byzantium and Russia. It reveals the nature, origins and objectives of the State and the Church. Since ancient times, the Church played an important role in the life of society and state. In Byzantium, the authority of the Emperor played a major role in strengthening the Orthodox Church. The Church, particularly, has developed and highlighted the official doctrine of the divine origin of the Imperial power. In the Byzantine Empire a perfect model of Church-state relations – "Symphony of authorities" was formed. The article takes into account the Byzantine edicts, which regulated the relationship between the Church and the state. We considered the legislative acts of Ancient Russia, confirming the existence of that "Symphony" in the Kiev period. The basis of the ancient law was based on the Byzantine collection of ecclesiastical rules and Imperial edicts, called Nomocanon. The article focuses on the models of the interaction of the Church and the state. Special attention was paid to the concept of "Moscow is the third Rome", due to the continuity of the Byzantine Empire Russia as an Orthodox center. We discuss the result of Ferrara-Florence Union as the main reason for the awareness and acceptance of the concept of Philotheus by Russian people. “RESOURCE DAMNATION” IN THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY, THE MECHANISMS OF ITS SOLUTION
DescriptionThis article analyzes the problem of the paradox of plenty which consist in the fact that the leading countries of the world having considerable natural resources are less developed than those countries which have small resources. Here is considered our country’s resource and raw status, as the main source of income of the state budget. Here were revealed the contradictions between the export of raw materials and the development of the domestic market in Russia, which was the cause of the «resource damnation». The article presents the balance of the main energy country’s resources, which determine Russia's place in their value compared with other leading countries of the world. It is shown the readings on the export of energy resources and the main symptoms of «dutch illness», which is a consequence of the dependence of the development of the country on the expediency /state of world prices. In this article, there were also considered the views of domestic experts on the arisen problem, based on which there were identified possible ways of overcoming of «resource damnation». We have also presented ways of overcoming and improvement of industry structure of the economy branch structure of the Russia’s economy and fight against «resource damnation», based on variants of the structural changes in the raw industry of economy. The main results on the considered problem are summed up, conclusions are formulated

"RARE PUMPKIN" IN STAMPS – THE HISTORY OF PLANTS, DISTRIBUTION AND ICONOGRAPHY
DescriptionIn the article we consider illustrative images of rare pumpkin cultures presented in stamps of different countries. In this work, we analyze stamps which represent rare pumpkin cultures. Stamps are reflection of the economy; they portray agriculture and elements of technology of agricultural production. Cucurbitaceae family includes a large number of species that are very different from each other in the form of fruits, in purpose, in origin. The objective of our study was to conduct a visual analysis of rare pumpkin crops, which are used in the world; to reflect the research progress on the introduction and the achievement of breeding work. The article provides an analysis of several cultures: momordika (Momordica charantia L.), Kiva (Kiwano), horned melon, cucumber Antilles, (Cucumis metuliferus L.); Akantositsios Naudin (Acanthosicyos naudinianus L.); momordica balsamina (Momordica Balsamina L.); koktsiniya (Coccinia sessifolia L.); luffa cylindrical (Luffa cylindrica L.); Lagenaria (Lagenaria siceraria (Molina) Standl.); cucumber snake (Trichosanthes anguina L.); antilles cucumber, anguria (Cucumis anguria L.); african cucumber (Cucumis africanus Lindl); wax gourd (Benincasa hispida (Thunb) Cogn..); chayota or mexican cucumber (Sechium edule Swartz). The analysis of the iconography of images of rare pumpkin crops in stamps of different countries allowed us to see the history of culture introduction of wild pumpkin from the local and foreign flora

«PROFESSOR MALTABAR» – THE NEW WINE HIGHER QUALITY GRAPE VARIETY WITH BLACK BERRY
DescriptionThe variety "Professor Maltabar" is new, it is growth in Greece by Pantelei Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 year from crossing of Aigeorgitico and Cabernet Sauvignon. The variety belongs to the group Black sea basin (convar. orientalis subconvar. caspica Negr.). The production period is 146-156 days. The yield is higher. The bunch weight is 200 g. The bunch is middle, cylinder conical or winged, middle density. The berry is middle, round, blue-black color. The skin is density, the pulp is juicy, the sap in not colored, with solanum after-taste. The sugarnesses is higher. The quantity of seeds is two-three. The seed is middle, grey color, piriform, with shot beak. It is higher steadiness variety for winter frost, drought-resistance and higher steadiness for mushrooms disease compare with it’s parents. The variety is used for preparing higher quality dry red, pink and white (champagne) wines of different categories.

«PROFFESSOR ELENA ZAKHAROVA» - THE NEW GREEK-RUSSIAN HIGH QUILITY BLACK BERRY WINE VARIETY

Description“Professor Elena Zakharova” variety is a hybrid between Aigeorgitico and Cabernet Fran, which was made in the result Greek-Russian creative scientific cooperation. The period of production is 156-165 days. The growth of arms is fast. The degree of ripening is higher. The percent of fruitful arms is more than 90. The yield is high. The average weight of cluster is 260 g. It has high resistance to cold, drought-resistance and higher resistance to mushroom diseases. The leave is average, symmetrical, average parted, five lobes. There are two inflorescences on one arms - 4 and 6 on the nodes. The flower is hermaphroditic. The cluster is middle, cylindroconical, middle density. The berry is middle, round, blue-black color. The pulp is juicy, with solanaceous taste. The sugar content is high. This variety is developed for producing dry red wines of perfect quality

«PROFESSOR DAVIDIS» – THE NEW BLACK BERRY HIGH-QUALITY WINE GRAPE WITH COLORED PULP AND JUICE

DescriptionThe grape variety with colored pulp and juice named “Professor Davids” was selected in Greece by P.Zamanidy, L.Troshin and A.Isachkin in 2003 with crossing of the Greek varieties of “Mandilaria” with the French introducent of “Alicant Bushe”. The duration of the production period is 156-165 days. Variety is full-grown. The degree of maturation of the vines is high. Crop yields are very high. The average mass of clusters is 300 gr. Has a high winter hardiness, drought-resistance and high resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with industrial varieties of Vitis vinifera. The female flower, with the stamens. The bunch of average size, cylindroconical, medium density. Berries are medium, round, blue-black in color, with a thick wax coating. The skin is thick, dense. The pulp and juice are intensively painted, with varietal flavour. Sugar content is very high. Notable for long preservation of the harvest in the bushes. The variety is suitable for making intensively painted dry red wines of superior class and high-quality dessert wines and unique juices. Due to its morpho- physiological characteristics it has been included in the eco-geographic group of varieties of the Black sea basin
